Greetings to each of you, and welcome to the over 1100 new subscribers this past month! I am awed.

Well the Masters were right on with the changes they described in our last transmission. The anomalous weather and seismic activity certainly did escalate and combine, with hurricanes synonymous with earthquakes in both Hawaii and the Baja peninsula. There has been a rash of earthquakes in the Pacific ring of fire in excess of 7 on the Richter scale. I am always fascinated to watch events unfold as the Masters have described them. Not only were the weather and seismic predictions right on, the energetic changes were as well.

This has been a most interesting several weeks. I have been traveling all over the place including Salt Lake City, Calgary, Washington and Oregon, Chicago, and seemingly everywhere in between. I have loved meeting so many of you!

After the universal event occurred in September, the tear in the fabric of creation, the energies have been wondrous and strange. The tear was a result of expansion of consciousness which translates to light frequencies.

New frequencies are coming in as well as new symbols. Each has a purpose and a unique set of frequencies. When I was in Chicago last weekend, I was awed to see the living symbols literally appear in the palms of my hands. Out of the blue, the energy in my hands became quite intense, and as we watched, the symbols changed. First, one, then another, and even more than one would appear. There were several witnesses to this and we were all awestruck by the expressions of living symbols. As you see included in this newsletter, the Masters have requested that I share another set of these symbols with you. They will explain below, the meaning of the symbols arrangement. Each of the symbols is an initiation and a teaching simultaneously. When they are combined, the energies of each are exponentially magnified. As this happens, the consciousness that is contained within the symbols is transferred to anyone who experiences them. They are at once both conceptual and of minute details. As you experience these, look at them with your heart open. Don't try to figure them out. The information and energy within them is so vast that we cannot mentally transcribe them.

One of the things that have happened since my last transmission is that there has been an arcing of energy coming to us. What I mean by this is that the patterning of the energy builds a charge that creates an arcing within the structure. As that occurs, the energy flows leap into arcs and are propelled forward. This creates a very intense experience as the energy moves through us. That is why people's behaviors seem to be sporadic. I have experienced a lot of conflict and aggression out in the public, as have many others. Strangely exacerbated, irrational responses to simple requests or situations. Fear, too.

It seems that many people do not have a handle on their emotions of late, so don't take these instances personally. Typical reaction is to question ourselves. "Could I have done it better or differently? Did I do something wrong? Wasn't I clear? Was I in my heart?" The truth is that yes, we are all of that, except wrong, of course! At times it has seemed as if we are wallowing in a sea of dense energies, only to experience a rise in vibration in the next moment. It has been turbulent to say the least, like waves in a storm. I have witnessed a lot of irrational behaviors which translate to fear. As we encounter those types of behaviors, we need to remember that they are not about us, but rather a much larger picture. We must respond from our hearts at the same time not stand for those behaviors. We must communicate clearly and patiently. Mirroring the behavior back only leads to an escalation and gets us nowhere.

So what else is going on? I am hearing from the masses that sleep patterns are disrupted, with heavy sleep being interspersed with lots of waking up. Dreams are intense and involve many other people and situations. To me, it seems that we are processing our daily emotions and problem solving in our sleep as never before. Look at those dreams. Look at the symbolism in them. In other words, what does that person represent to me? What does that object mean to me? Begin to realize what it is that is disturbing you. Our dreams always have meaning. Some processing takes many nights or repetitive dreams before we change the outcome.

Lots of people are putting on extra weight right now and have been for that past few months. A few weeks ago some reported the need to eat constantly and then the need to almost abstain from food altogether. This is a response to the energy waves. The intensity is signaling our metabolic system to keep up with the energetic stimulation. This is impossibility! The reason this is occurring is that our bodies are dense in relation to the fabric of creation. Further, our digestive systems are the densest and therefore reacts sometimes out of sync with what the higher vibrational energies are really doing in the moment.

There is also being reported body stiffness, particularly in the joints and connective tissues. This should pass in a few weeks.

The main thing is to listen to our bodies, give them what they need. If we need rest, then we should rest. If our diet isn't satisfying our energy levels, then we must look at that. What is it that we need in any given moment? We often forget to listen. If we are as open to help ourselves as we are to assist others, we will find that we are of good balance and well regenerated. If not, we will experience fatigue, mental fuzziness, and an escalation of the symptoms I listed above.

The veils continue to thin, or as I say, the curtains swing open, then close again and until they stop waving from the movement, we are seeing people and energy waves, even some animals cross into our reality. Imagine that since we are seeing them, they are likely aware of us as well! What a concept! This past week there have been "people" all over my house. Coming to my doors then disappearing. Huge waves of silvery energy moving through my house and across my yard. Unusual "knocks and bumps" throughout the house that are out of the norm. No, it isn't haunted, it is just that the veils are often that thin! Others are describing similar experiences. There are new tones being heard and voices, music, crowds talking and more. If you are having these experiences, you are not alone!

How do we adjust? How do we integrate the changes that we experience? First of all, it is to realize that these things are what they are. We are not losing it, so to speak, we are expanding. Our awareness is opening; we are in an awakening of cosmic proportions. Our DNA is awakening to greater communicative processes and our brains are adapting to these changes as well. There is expansion in how our brains work. We are beginning to utilize parts of our brains that have been dormant for millennia. Some of us are experiencing literal changes in the back of the skull. It is widening and literally formed differently. This is to allow for the expansion of an older part of our brains which is inherently sentient. Aware of everything all of the time. The changes we have foreseen and talked about for years are actually happening. Are we ready?? OH YES!

So keep breathing, don't become a victim of the very reality that you wished to create. Your gifts are your gifts. The question is, how will you use them? Remember, we are part of a greater One. Be discerning about everything, stay on that magnificent heart space, and know that it is all perfection!

From the Masters: Co-Creation from the Essence of Creation Messages from the Masters October 14th, 2007

Anshallah! Antui asi, asi, asi!

Greetings to each of you from within that which is light, from with that which is light! From that which is of light!

We have given you a net set of symbols in such a way that you may continue your recalibration to the new forces within you and around you. As the energies shift and change, so do each of you.

These symbols are as old as creation. They come to you from times which are so ancient you have no history of them. The before times, There have been many beginnings upon your earth and universally. Within each of them there have been changes in biology, intergalactic relationships and conscious to name a few. Within each of those beginnings it was the living symbols which carried forward the remembrances of all time. These symbols carry initiations to the energies of the infinite as well as combinations of frequencies which will carry to the very depths of your being. Experience these in such a way that you do not attempt to quantify them but rather allow them to begin to you the expansion for which you have prayed for much time. It is possible. It is simple, if only you step the need to understand aside and allow yourselves to be filled with them.

The frequency set that we have shared with you in this now initiates the inate remembrance of co-creation. In such a way it is the combination of symbols which, by virtue of their combination, allows for the streamlining of the communicative forces within you, putting aside all of the static confusion which you have gathered in your life journeys and bringing you to the fruition of all that you have sought to remember. After all, it is within you. It has always been within you. What had kept you from this remembrance was the perception of the need to survive. Instead of mere survival in a chaotic world, why not live in the world that you intentionally create? Why not drop the illusion of being the one and only and bring forward the intention of simply the One? It is there that all reality is created. It is there that that which you seek as always resided.

The manifestation of co-creation suggests that no belief system has the power to overcome the truth. We reiterate. The manifestation of co- creation suggests that no belief system has the power to overcome the truth.

That being said, the translation is that what you believe you have been taught or learned and your experiences become that. Look beyond, back to your innocence. It is there that the co-creative processes occur.

To co-create means to create with. The first principal of creating with is to realize what is is that you intend to create. Who is it that you are trying to become? You already are that. What is it that you wish to create within your experiences? They are already there, waiting for your discovery. Who are you in relation to all that you create with? Whatever you choose. Why then would you fear anything? Why then would you choose to remain trapped within an existence that you despise or makes you uncomfortable? How then, can you shift your perspectives?

Quite simply of course? Let go of the illusion that you are anything other than perfection. After all, perfection can be nothing but that. To do this requires self honesty. We have spoken of this before. All of those little untruths that roam your reality to convince you that things are what you meant them to be. Or did you even get that far? Did you mean to create that which is your experience, or is it a result of the perception that you are alone? How can you ever be alone when the infinite resides within you? How could you possibly not have what you need when everything that is available is within you? How can you believe that your lives are not what you intended if you are truly creating that which you intend? Do you begin to see the shift in perspective?

Literally, all that is is enfolded within you. That which is above you is below you and within you. There is not break in the continuity of creation, only in the mass perceptions of it. That being said, it is then to call from within your depths the courage to be that which you are in spite of those perceptions, to raise like the phoenix out of the ashes of self deceit and into that which is light. You came from there you are there you are an intrical and infinite reflection of all creation. You are the living light.

You are the living light. You are the living light.

To give you an example of this, imagine a holographic pyramid of four sides. This is the building block of all creation. Imagine it before you.

Next, project yourself into this pyramid as if you were standing or sitting within it. What is your sense? Does the air you breath change in temperature? What do you hear? Do you sense a sound? If so, that sound is the sound of your harmonic signature as it occurs within your dimension. It is the sound of your uniqueness within all creation. There is no other such as you. And yet, it is that very harmonic signature which holds a vital space in the balance of all creation. Without you that balance would degenerate and reality would not be as it is. Within the structure of the pyramid, you are safe, you are contained. Be still and listen. When you are finished, extract yourself back out to your everyday reality. Can you feel the difference? What have you brought back with you? To enter the pyramid is to become re-attuned to the infinite and at the same time to the self. This pyramid of the geometric representation of the inner self. The essence of being.

Next, imagine that you have turned this pyramid upside down. It now stands on its apex, it’s tip. When you are ready, step into this pyramid. Do you notice immediately that it feels completely different that the upright pyramid? How does this feel within you? What is your sense? Immerse yourself in the energies of this pyramid. This geometry represents the infinite aspects of the one. Contained within this pyramid is the universal consciousness. You have intentionally joined the One. You are safe and you are intentionally participating within the energies of the One. If you hear or sense a pulsing, a deep core hum here, this is the sound of all creation as it moves through you. Notice that this is different than the frequencies which you experienced in the upright pyramid. Be still and listen, feel, remember. When you are ready, extract yourself from within and return to your current world reality.

Next, when you are comfortable to do so, project yourself into the upright pyramid again. This time, imagine that you have lifted it and turned it part way around. Set yourself in the form of this pyramid onto the inverted, universal consciousness pyramid. As you do so, let your pyramid self lower down onto the inverted pyramid about a third of the way down. You will feel yourself lock in, so to speak. This creates a combination of you, of the infinite consciousness and the combination of you and the infinite.

This is the true trinity. You are that.

This is a geometric state of consciousness which has been taught in initiations throughout all time. This is the intentional rejoining of the One. From here, you can create any reality that you wish simply by imagining it while you are within the structure. Remember that when you create from this pure space, to only create that which you intend, or it is a powerful, the most pure form from which to create. Your very thoughts can become manifest. Be of caution of your state of being while doing this exercise.

Orbs and Vortices

These are pictures taken at the retreat I recently attended near Tucson that captured some of the energy orbs and vortices around the koi pond. (Click on a picture to enlarge it.) They appear as the little blobs of light and were in every picture I took at the pond. They did not appear in any other photos I took in other places on the monastery grounds.

My energy teacher, Jo Dunning, set up some incredible energy centers on the monastery grounds and I was especially attracted to the energy around the pond. I loved photographing the beautiful koi as they swam near me while I stood on the little bridge over the pond. While I couldn't see the energy fields, I could feel them. Imagine my surprise when I got home and looked at my pictures and saw the swirling energy orbs and vortices in these pictures!

I just thought you might enjoy looking at the beautiful koi and the energy orbs and vortices around them.

Dragon in the Cave

There's a wonderful story my energy teacher, Jo Dunning, likes to tell about the ways in which we let fear run our lives and define who we are. She tells it so much better, but I'll make an attempt to re-tell it using my own words.

Each one of us desires a life filled with joy, abundance, prosperity, love, security, ease, and freedom. These are the treasures that overflow the bejeweled chest hidden away in a remote cave.

For each of us, there are things in life that we are afraid of: financial ruin, health problems, death (our own or of someone we love), loss of a job, not living up to the expectations of others, loss of love, feeling out of control, and so on. These are the fears that come to define us and create the monster--the fire-breathing dragon that guards over the treasures hidden away in that remote cave.

In this story, the cave is our heart center, the place where we live our lives. Are we afraid to live from love and compassion? Afraid to take risks? Afraid to show our strength? Afraid to accept the idea that control is not an option? Afraid to believe in the eternal nature of our spirit? Afraid of the quiet mind that will unlock the treasure chest?

With each fear, the dragon becomes bigger and more menacing and more ferocious. The more we believe each frightening, fire-breathing roar, the more our body chemistry changes to support our fears, creating even more fears.

Will you allow the dragon to roar defiantly in your face as you approach the cave? Will you shake with more fear? Will you cringe and run away?

Or, will you stand tall, showing your full strength and courage. Will you laugh in the dragon's face and walk past it with confidence and determination? Will you gather the treasure and rejoice in it?

If you can do these things, the dragon will be silenced and will crawl back to its corner of the cave. It has a new master.

The treasure is now yours!

2012 Date Has Been Revised to 2008!

"In my 52 years with the Star Elders the ONLY prediction they have ever made was by saying this:"

. . .a sufficient amount of people have become awakened and aware enough that you have pushed the envelope of the Shift of the Ages closer to our original 2012 date. Making 2008 the year you / we will make the shift, a whole 4 years earlier than we perceived 10 thousand years ago.

Note from Gloria: I have known Aluna Joy and read her articles for more than 10 years. I think she is a highly attuned Lightworker who has direct access to esoteric teachings through many processes including what she calls the Star Elders, or guides from higher dimensions.
Her most recent article came as a complete surprise to me when she said the 2012 date has been revised to 2008! I suspect that with the millions of people around the world opening their hearts to awakening--and the unprecedented "Fire the Grid" event that recently took place--it is entirely possible that we will witness a beautiful Shift of the Ages next year.
In the meantime, we must keep living our lives in the moment by staying in the present. All actions should come from the higher vibration of love, compassion, forgiveness, and attunement with Source/God/Divine Consciousness. Giving way to any lower energy vibration such as fear, confusion, or doubt will only slow your progress. We have an opportunity right now to create a beautiful world for everyone!

The Ascension of September 11th

Greetings!

We have upon us, in the very near future, an enormous, pivotal, awesome, and incredible opportunity for a real and true ascension! It is amazing to see, and difficult to put into words. This is what we have been preparing for, for the past three months (or really, several years). This is what many have been feeling was on the horizon of late, but may have not known exactly what was up.

An opportunity like this, I have only seen once before, when the ascension process began in earnest nearly 6 years ago. This will be an enormous endeavor, and a dramatic leap dimensionally. We literally have an opportunity to cross over into another reality…into another world….into another place entirely. We will be able to jump dimensions and arrive in a different world…one that we have never seen before while in these particular bodies.

Our spiritual evolutionary process involves much see-sawing, as we evolve from one vibrational ladder to another over time. We shift, release, integrate, and evolve, over and over again. But this particular shift on the very near horizon is quite different from all the rest.

Why is it different? The shift through the September 11th portal, during the time of the solar eclipse (BUT KNOW THAT THERE IS A WINDOW AROUND THIS TIME AS WELL, AND WE ARE ALREADY STARTING TO EXPERIENCE SOME OF THE MAGIC AND RAPID MANIFEATATION), will literally separate two worlds. A vast an incredible opening will occur, and many will go through this gate. This will be a dramatic ascension. The heavens will open, and many will literally fall through. And know that in going through this gateway, we will not go “up.” We will go “through,” as ascension involves returning to the depths of the earth herself. You see, heaven is really on earth. It all happens here. It is where heaven and earth meet. Returning to earth is a vital and crucial part of the ascension process. Thus, it is through the earth that we ascend. She is our gateway.

We have been leading up to this ascension most intensely the past several weeks, as we have been held back (and certainly protected) from re-entering, or becoming involved with the old world. This was because the old world will begin its great fall even more intensely after the ascension of the 11th occurs. We were protected and held back in readiness for the ascension in September. We were at the train station, with our bags packed (or unpacked!), having left our old homes and old lives, waiting for the train to arrive (and waiting, and waiting), and arrive it will….very soon. And it will be quite dramatic indeed.

I have been reporting that things will again begin forward movement in September, but I need to clarify that it will be a different kind of forward movement. It will again be a very magical time, and I say “again” as we have been in this magical energy before, for limited periods of time, as it “peeked” through the clouds. This time, the energies will not so much be arriving for us to experience, but instead, we will be “going” to another reality which embodies them 24/7.

(With negative and fear based thinking, along with buying into the illusions of the old world, we can also bounce out of this new reality, if we are not careful. But we are only humans, so this will most likely occur, but we will quickly learn how to navigate the dimensions by the way we are feeling and by what we are experiencing.)

On the other side of the portal, our very thoughts will manifest with near immediacy, we will be in instant energy, we will be supported as if a gentle, but strong and powerful hand is under us, guiding us in every way, and gifting us with incredible things and opportunities that come directly from the mind of Source, and we will feel awe and amazement on a regular basis. It will be a time like no other. All of our needs will be met, as if by magic. Like giddy children just released onto a playground of beautiful gardens, rainbows, fairies, and magic wands, we will experience much joy and awe, and just plain fun! And “ease” and “flow” will be the words of the day.

At times, when the energy of the light returns after a so-called absence, it can arrive with great force and dramatic movement. This time, it will be different. It will be much more magical, light-filled, shimmering with the fairy dust of illumination, and love and gratitude will be in the air in any given moment. This is the energy that exists on the other side of the portal. On this side, there is no war, anger, fear, or abuse. On this side there is no insecurity, pain, or suffering. There is only an effortless existence in a world that literally floats with little or no density.

The three months that led us up to this point were challenging indeed. At times, we may have doubted our faith, we may have reviewed each and every thing a dozen times, we may have done a life review and pondered at how we got here, in this space of no energy and so much pain in the world around us, we may have wondered if we were where we needed to be, or perhaps if we were worth anything at all. We may have felt disappointment in how things had turned out…or even surprised at how things turned out. Or asked ourselves, “What was the point of all of it anyway?” And we may have wondered if things would ever be good again, or ever, ever change.

This was the energy of dis-connect. Like hearts that have been removed from a body during a by-pass surgery, we will once again be replaced and ready to beat again.

Recently, it was revealed that Mother Theresa had a 50 year crisis of faith. For the last 50 years of her life, she had felt disconnected from Jesus and God, did not feel the presence of God in her life, and described her crisis as living in hell. And she felt this way for 50 years, but still continued on with her service.

In our times of confusion and doubt, it can be challenging to keep our faith alive. But this is what faith is all about. It is a knowing that the unseen does indeed exist…a belief in a higher power that knows more than we do. It is a knowing that all is always in divine and perfect order, because in the end, we seem to always find out that things were always right on track, and unfolding according to a divine and perfect plan.

What of those who have seemingly been left behind? What will become of those who are still grasping at the old energies, at the old manifestations of power and security? What of those who do not see? Choices will be given again and again, as there is always opportunity for a new arrival on the other side, for each and every individual on this planet. As the old world begins crashing down, a willingness will be created…created for the purpose of surrender to occur. Those then, who were holding on in fear or ego based power, will have the opportunity to let go and agree to different ways of living and being. The longer one chooses to hold on, the longer their stay in “hell” will be. Contrast always serves to create a willingness and desire for something different.

It reminds me of experiences I had when assisting trapped souls who had not crossed over after death. You see, all that exists in any given reality, exists here on the earth, as we create these illusions in our minds. No new news here…what we believe and choose to see or look for, will manifest as our own individual world or reality. We need not be trapped.

As we go through the gates of September 11th, saying good-bye to the old world, we will find ourselves in our own heaven. We will be in our own versions of what we believe heaven to be. We will be safe and secure in our own sanctuaries which we have created from the simplicity of life, without the connection to the old systems. And we will most certainly and always be in the moment…in the now. For this is where heaven resides.

So how do we get through the gate? The more we pull out and remove ourselves from the old world, the more we will experience the new world. Our supports will arrive as if by miracles and magic. There will be much more compassion and oneness with our fellow man… a softer reality will emerge.

Surrender is the key. Allowing is the key. I remember when I began a big ascension leap in 2001. I totally freaked out. I was told that if I relaxed and let go, and really trusted, all would be fine. Similar to the dying process while in the 3D world, the more we fear and resist, the more difficult the process. And as we are continually dying while we are alive, the same is true.

A few weeks ago, my star being companion (or guide, or higher aspect of myself, whichever feels best to you), told me that I would be leaving this world and not be returning. I wondered if I had a terminal disease, but now I know what he was referring to.

If we can simply go with what is being revealed to us, trust that we will greatly be taken care of, and let go, we can ride an amazing wave that will deposit us in heaven. When I married my husband in May, I had only known him for three months. I was terrified, as I had never been married. But it was an arranged marriage by our star being families, and I had to just trust….BLINDLY TRUST. I am now in heaven with this man, and this is how it is with ascension. Whenever I had fear, we had a rocky time. The same with ascension. TRUST, TRUST, AND TRUST SOME MORE.

When we get out of our own way, or ego minds, or views of how we think things should be, a new and much more wonderful plan will arrive for us. My husband is nothing like what I might have imagined for myself. I so resisted him at first, as he did not fit my ideal, but none-the-less, I felt such an enormous pull to him and knew this is where I belonged, even if it did not make sense. Oprah Winfrey once said that hosting a TV show was not something that she would have ever thought of on her own…..and now look at her!

If we continue to focus on what is being revealed in the news or even in the old world of illusions, we will stay where those manifestations are taking place. And this is what is falling. We don’t want to stay there. Heaven is here now. If we focus on that, this is where we will be. We continue to step over it, don’t see it, do not realize that it is right in front of us, and remain connected to the old illusions. The old illusions are what we need to let go of in order to get through the gate. We need to see where we truly are now, not where the media or outside world would like us to believe we are.

Going through the gate of September 11th will transport us to a safe haven, no matter where we are. Higher vibrations cannot be affected by lower ones. If we are desiring to locate to a new geographical area, we are usually guided by a passion, joy, and strong desire to experience somewhere new which more closely matches our new and higher vibration. This is a perfectly orchestrated coincidence to get us to where we need to be as well. Continually going toward what feels better, whether geographically, with our work or passions, or with individuals, is a good and true guide to get us through the gate.

(Another scenario is present as well. My husband Phil and I discovered that the ancient Mogollon culture suddenly departed because they knew that a lower vibrating faction was due to arrive, and the higher vibrating society of the Mogollons could not share space with this newly arriving energy. Currently, the same scenario is unfolding, but it an opposite way. Here in the small town where I currently reside in Northern Arizona, there is a substantial movement about to occur. The individuals and energy that have claimed to have been the first settlers of this valley, are preparing to depart. They can no longer reside here. Businesses are closing right and left, and although this process may take a while, it is beginning. So then, certain areas, organizations, and thus, will depart or greatly shift so that more higher vibrating and light filled energy can replace them. These, then, will become our places of heaven. And these places will arrive for us according to where we believe heaven is for each and every one of us.)

If we can be still, sit still, be in the now, and allow and accept that where we are is truly heaven on earth, we will instantly be catapulted through the gate. Heaven is in the stillness…it is in the “here.” Moving through and pushing ahead takes us away from this space and away from heaven. Navigating from an ego or intellect and analytical mind, takes us away from heaven. Living in pure simplicity and acceptance takes us through the gate. Allowing takes us through the gate. Heaven is here now, and being still allows us to connect to what is right at our feet. It moves our focus to where we are, which is truly in heaven.

If we open our eyes, we can see it right in front of us. And the portal of September 11th will open the gate for our arrival. Are you ready to go?

LunarLunar/Solar Eclipse Doorway Re-boots Humanity!

This is a brief message from the Star Elders regarding the upcoming Lunar/Solar Eclipse doorway.

The lunar eclipse on August 28 and the following partial solar eclipse on September 11 is a very important doorway for humanity. In the last few months the light workers of the planet have seriously undermined the forces of darkness. Thank you very much for this. Because of this, it has created a huge shift in the construction of the mass consciousness of humanity. It has also created a great up-liftment in your spirit.

During this eclipse doorway everyone will have the opportunity to reboot and upgrade their entire being. You will be able to reboot and upgrade your body, your spirit, your soul, and your evolution. This is a very powerful time.

Rebooting your life is very much like rebooting your computer. When you upload a new computer program you have to turn off your computer and start up again so that the new program will work properly. That's exactly what's going to happen to all of you in this doorway. No one is exempt from this reboot. Once rebooted, the old programs systems and manifestations will no longer work properly. So if you're finding that certain areas of your life are not flowing or manifesting in the way they should, maybe this is the universe saying that it is an old virus ridden program, and it is time to delete it from your consciousness. Why would you want to keep it anyway?

From the June 21 solstice, to the Perseid meteor showers culminating on August 12, you have received, if you were aware of it or not, new programs in your consciousness. Now it is time to put them to work. If you are feeling the building pressure in your chest, almost to the point where you feel like you can't breathe, then you are already feeling this reboot.

We don't have to tell you this because you already know, but those old programs you've been running for many, many centuries were flawed. They had viruses that created fear, lack, anger, grief, shame, despair, poverty, war and all other atrocities against spirit and humanity. These faulty programs pushed you into corners in which your reactions were not coming from a place of light within you. It's time to forgive yourself and others for the perceived wrongful things you felt you had done, or have done to you. It's time to realize that living in a dualistic world is a great challenge. But you also must know that we see you as the brave courageous souls, the ones that dared to traverse the reality of extreme light and dark.

To ease the effects of this collective consciousness reboot, it would be greatly beneficial to you all to take some time each day to let go of the old you. Let go of the old world. Let go of your past, your wounds, your betrayals, your insecurities, and even your beliefs that you are somehow not a brilliant masterful being. Take time each day to remember who you truly are, not what you've been told by others, or what society would make of you. Remember if the Great Creator made you just the way you are, then it should be good enough for you… yes?

By the year 2008 you will have completely crossed the bridge and have begun acclimatizing to the New World. It is a much higher altitude/frequency than you are used to. It will take some adjusting. This is what you might call the shift of the ages. You have pushed the evolution envelope by your strong will, tenacity and intense spiritual focus, by an entire four years from our predicted shift dates in 2012. So we don't want to hear you thinking to yourself that you are less than a lighted master. You're the first human beings in a dualistic 3-D reality that has been able to push the envelope, and to push the envelope by four entire years is still astonishing to us.

Be open to the fact that what lies ahead of you in the very near future is wildly astonishing, beautiful, wonderful, peaceful, and harmonious, and a place you remember deep inside as home. Why will it be this way you ask? Because you not only wanted this new reality, and believed it was possible, but are now beginning to act as if this amazing new future is already here. When you do act as if, you quit being an initiate, and step into the role of the living master. We are always with you. (end)

The Edge and the Warrior

The edge is the place we must go to in order to allow ourselves to fully express being present and to be able to sense every data point in our body, mind and, spirit and the body-mind of the universe. The edge is the vortex of universal knowledge. It cannot be described nor can it be seen. It is felt and through the feeling when at the edge the breath of human consciousness becomes intertwined with eternal knowing. It is pure, vital and alive. At the edge, there is awareness and presence that calls us to become our most sharp and vital. We are alert with a vibration that resonates in the non-linear world and the world of the Quantum. We are pure energy and limitless. It is here that the heart of the warrior resides.

The edge keeps the consciousness of the warrior and aligns that consciousness with eternal greatness and power. The warrior understands and transmutes the energy of the edge. It is here that the warrior integrates awakened energy and sensitivity. Life as a warrior is a commitment to being fully alive. It necessitates an exploration of unclear pathways and uncharted land. This energy brings forth a sensory capability to understand “that which is”, on a non-linear plane.

A warrior can smell lifetimes of information in the breeze, telling tales of nature and times past. The warrior lives with nature and the rhythm of energy through breath, stealth, power, rest and alignment with natural forces. It is earth energy that moves inside them. They master the stillness of the tornado’s eye in order to watch and know where they are needed next. The warrior moves to an underlying rhythm heard by the trees and the rivers and creatures on land and sea. The warrior becomes them, a shape-shifter of all seasons.

The warrior has no patience for fear or beliefs that limit. Warriors seek to champion truth and demand personal mastery. They live with the Mind of Spirit, as their teacher. Warriors use time as their carriage, living in all time and governed by no rules.

If one desires to find the warrior within them, they must learn to find and cross the warrior’s gate. These are the steps.

Call forth imagination
Awaken natural energy
Go within to seek truth
Locate a place of knowing
Create the presence of the warrior within
Find a warrior stance
Stand on the edge with grace
See the warrior’s gate at will
Mobilize power
Cross boundaries with intelligence and wisdom

Let's face it: life is confusing! Questions such as—Who am I? What am I supposed to be doing with my life? Is there such a thing as enlightenment? If there is, how do I get there? How will I know if I've chosen the right path?— can add to the confusion.

What brought you to the "aha!" moment that changed your life path and that turned you into a seeker of higher consciousnes? I have a feeling that we share many similar stories.

Were you meditating when it happened?

Did it start with a traumatic event such as an accident, near-death experience, health issue, the death of someone you loved, or was it a joyous occasion such as the birth of a child, a marriage, or a spiritual experience?

Were you alone or with someone?

Were you out in nature or sitting at a corporate conference table, or where?

Did it include any visions or guidance from other realms?

Did you take immediate action or let it percolate for a while?

How has it changed your life?

Are you happier now, or more confused than ever?

These are just some of the questions that come to mind in thinking about my own experience. Maybe you have more to add. Share as much as you wish or as little—it's up to you.
The purpose of sharing your "aha!" moment is to give others a snapshot of a personal Life Map that might help them recognize and connect to their own Life Map to higher consciousness. Often, people are either reluctant to trust their intuition or afraid to take action. Hopefully this forum will serve as a jumping off point to new self discoveries for those who wish to find the key to their higher consciousness and transformation.

My "aha!" moment

For me, life was going along just great, or so I thought, until 1980 when my only sibling suddenly committed suicide at the age of 35, leaving a wife and two children behind in his self-destructive wake, to say nothing of all the other relatives and friends who struggled to deal with such a shock.

While I was still reeling from this traumatic event, I discovered that my marriage was falling apart and didn't know if we could put it back together.

It was at that point that I began to question my own existence and to seek some form of wisdom that could bring me back from such despair. I began my quest for answers and found solace in Viktor Frankl's 1946 book Man's Search for Meaning and dozens of other books whose titles now escape me.

I also began to have vivid dreams that I remembered upon waking, and started keeping a dream journal. Every detail seemed to offer pieces of a puzzle for unraveling clues about who I was and how I could find my purpose for living.

Fast forward to June, 1992 as I lay inside a tent camped next to a beautiful mountain stream. It was around 4:30 a.m. when I woke to the first rays of morning light and the chirping of birds. After a few minutes, I heard the wind start to build until it was so loud I couldn't hear the birds anymore. The entire side of the tent where I had been sleeping suddenly disappeared and I felt myself being pulled out of my sleeping bag and into a swirling vortex in the ground. Leaves, branches and dirt flew everywhere and I screamed out to my husband, but as I looked over at the other side of the small tent, which was perfectly intact, he was peacefully sleeping and heard nothing.

The next thing I remember is going into that swirling vortex where I experienced my first initiation, a Shamanic journey into a different reality that I had previously known nothing about!
Over the next few years I found great wisdom from teachers who led me along my path, hand in hand, to places and realms I've never been before. Through them I found my Aha! Life Map and continue that journey as a healing energy practitioner and writer of The Sacred Circle of Life.

The great fall and finding our heaven

As Karen says, it is possible to shift the energy of any particular event, and with the amazing shift of consciousness taking place around the planet, I think it is entirely possible that we can change the outcome of "the great fall."

Greetings!

The higher vibrating energies are still upon us since we arrived in this new space, but it may not feel like it, for several reasons. The ascension process is always an interesting one—never quite what we expected, but our expectations frequently came from a mind that resided in a lower vibrating reality. So in a sense, our beautiful ascension process is teaching us much as we grow and remember. It is a grand experience indeed.

As we arrive and reside in higher realms, the old and denser energies begin to dissipate, fall apart, and basically can no longer congeal in this space. Currently, this is the case, as always. So even though we are in a much higher vibrating space, we may be feeling and seeing the “dissipation,” or confusion, loss, and even panic of the older energies.

Here in the US, this is occurring in a dramatic way indeed. Our country is beginning its final fall—and it will occur very rapidly now. The rug has been pulled out from under it, and it has nothing much to hold onto anymore. The super power that it thought it was, is now needing to tap into and become what true power really is. The old false power must now depart. There is nothing left to support it. But this is the natural and rightful process of ascension and evolution.

How do we move forward when our systems are falling? How do we create anything from an old world reality? Is each and every country in the world experiencing this?

No. If you are residing in a country where simplicity, allowing, peace, and support are still present, for instance, there would be no need for drastic changes to occur. If your area of residence needs a substantial amount of change to occur, get ready for a wild ride. Uprisings, natural disasters, and chaos will be the norm for a few years yet, but not everywhere.

This was difficult information for me to bring forth. I checked and re-checked it. I am not normally a gloom and doom reporter. I sat on this information for quite awhile, so as to make sure. I even went so far as to stay in a better feeling space, so I would not have to acknowledge the impact. But eventually I had a visit from by ever trusted guide, who imparted this news once again. So there it was, not to be ignored.

The majority of the time, when the energies are aligned for dramatic changes, a difficult scenario is most always averted. Choices are made by all, and things seem to commonly end up with a much softer outcome. But with the advent of this latest phase of evolutionary growth, a much more dramatic and severe outcome is on the horizon. It is time for forward movement, and this seems to be the course it will take.

Is there room for a different scenario? Always. There is always room for an easier and softer scenario. What I am reporting to you here, is only the current situation. This is the beauty of choice. This is why psychic readings are not accurate at times. They are given from a perspective of the most current time, and most probable outcome in regard to what is in the “now,” and things can always change. We have choice.

So then, even though things of the old will begin falling rapidly now, we need not go down with them. If you have been experiencing roadblocks in your efforts to move forward, know that you are only being protected from the falling energies. For several weeks now, I have been seeing most of us within a very protective bubble. We have basically been protected and “forbidden” to go “out there,” or into places that are experiencing this fall and this chaos. This is why it seems as though we are being held back.

Remember, we came to initiate and bring forth these changes in evolution, and we were not meant to go down with the old. We are highly protected now, so this is manifesting as an inability to move forward, an inability to experience completion with many things, and an inability to manifest our latest “dream.”

Why can’t we manifest our latest dream? Because we have evolved beyond our latest dream, our latest dream may not be in alignment with the old systems, or basically the ways of acquiring it, and we are also waiting for each and every one to fine tune their latest dream into one that matches where we now are.

What we may have thought we wanted, may have been much too involved and connected to the old reality, and that reality will soon be leaving. It would not be there to support us, if we had moved forward at this time. And in addition, that “dream” may have been one from a lower vibrating mind or imagination. Our imaginations and minds have just gone up another rung.

Things will eventually settle out, and we can again move forward (around the time of the equinox and solar eclipse of September 11), but we will be moving forward in an entirely new way with perhaps a new plan that more closely matches our new and higher vibration.

There is a step higher now for us. This step, or “dream,” is even higher than our spiritual work upon this planet. How can anything vibrate higher than our spiritual work? It may sound strange, but creating heaven is now at the forefront. So then, this next step involves living in our heaven. This dream involves living in our own special version, or illusion of heaven. This dream is about enjoying ourselves, having a life of leisure, having all our needs met, basking and loving, and being in a reality that one creates after they have passed over. It is the reality without the struggle or the burdens. It is a reality of peace that manifests in the physical as well, not just within us.

Am I saying that we should run from our responsibilities as lightworkers and become self-absorbed? Do we need to “jump ship” and leave everything behind in order to be in our heaven? Do we need to experience fear and anxiety when things begin to rapidly fall? I say no. What I am saying is that we have now evolved to the next phase of reality, and it no longer matches the old phase. It is not really about running in fear, but about going toward what feels good to us now. So how in the world do we integrate all of this? How do we continue with our spiritual work, and still follow our latest path of evolutionary growth?

We can go back and forth. We can stay in a geographical or systematic (where simple systems exist outside of the old systems) space which most closely matches the higher ways as much as possible. There, we create our heaven. For instance, if the US is rapidly falling, we could find a pocket of energy there that is as removed as possible from the falling reality. Or we could have another residency in another country, either all-encompassing or part-time, until the time of great change is over.

During these times of rocky instability, we can still return to what is falling, but for brief amounts of time. And when we return, it is then that we provide our service to humanity. We can bring to the falling areas a higher vibration and brighter light.

This requires a continued shift in gears. We stay in our heaven, or personal sanctuary for a time, while we are living in the higher ways, and we go back and provide our own particular service to humanity for brief amounts of time. If we were to continue to reside in what was falling, we would go down with it. It is extremely difficult to shine a bright light when all the surrounding energies are dark. And in addition, we are no longer a match. We would then be no use to humanity and the planet. Thus, we must tap into a new reality, or we would end up severely depressed, panicked, lost, confused, and dissipated ourselves.

There is also the very important aspect of rebuilding. We cannot rebuild in the higher ways, until the fall is over, or has basically reached a certain level of dissipation. This is a natural part of our spiritual evolutionary process. In current areas where the fall is over, or where not much falling is necessary at all, we can begin rebuilding a higher reality or living our lives of heaven right now.

The fall is necessary. If we were to try and “save” these areas of lower vibrating reality, we would only be hindering the process and necessary stage of the fall. So then, this is why the US is readying for its great fall. It is necessary. In a strange way, this is a great and wonderful thing. All is in divine and perfect order.

Yes, we can still have our store-fronts, which will bring us what we need to survive during these times of rapid and dramatic change. How can we have our store-fronts in a falling reality?

When things begin to fall, individuals begin to look for help, or new ways. We will be needed indeed. Do our store-fronts need to be spiritual or specifically helpful ones? Not necessarily. Anything that makes people feel better, or that vibrates higher, for instance, will be in demand. The only thing that matters is that we follow our hearts and our passions.

What is a bit different now is that we need to spend less time within our store-fronts, as they will be existing in the older and lower vibrating energies. If they begin to consume all of us, we cannot then, have time to be in our heaven, or sanctuaries of basking, being, creating just for the fun and joy of it, and lying in our hammocks with our loved ones!

And our compassion for those experiencing the fall will be great. But we cannot let it consume us, or we will become it ourselves. It will be difficult to watch. We will become distressed and saddened. But we will be here to help and assist as well. If we know that the fall is a necessary part of our spiritual evolutionary process, and that it is simply paving the way for the new to be rebuilt, it is then a bit more manageable and easier to swallow.

Yes, although it may not feel like it, heaven is indeed here. If we can chose to tap into these pockets of simplicity, creativity, joy, love, peace, and basking, and remove ourselves from what is falling, we can certainly feel these higher energies of heaven, as they are very present indeed.

My husband and I never got our land. We did not feel right about either situation we were involved with. One was through a bank, and the other through owner financing. So we removed ourselves from the whole situation. We are currently residing in a small rental cabin in town (where Phil lived for 5 years when I met him), with a leaky roof, no insulation, and some disrespectful neighbors. But we are truly loving it.

We love the simplicity of our life. We love being together. We love our garden and our personal sanctuary, we love our animals and they are blissfully happy and at peace, and when we are here, we are in heaven. We have a lot of time to do whatever we choose. This is what was important to us. This is what is currently matching our version of heaven. It was not becoming involved with the old ways of financing, the unusually high prices of real estate here, nor having to be somewhere at a certain time, with many commitments. We have been strongly guided to another evolving plan as well, but in the meantime, we feel we are matching what is truly important to us.

Any version of heaven is ours to choose. There is no right or wrong version. And we can also choose to go back to the old and assist at times as well.

What is your dream? What is your heaven? What will your store-front be, which will support you until money is no longer needed? How will you help those experiencing the fall? What is your contribution to make when it is time to re-build? As you build your heaven, will you bring what you know and have learned to the areas that need re-building?

The whispering of your heart

For many of us, there's a whispering inside our hearts that's becoming louder and louder. It's about a change that's happening right now, everywhere in the world. I think women will often mistakingly interpret this voice as "the other kind of change," but it's not in the traditional understanding of that process. Women of a certain age have phenomenal power and wisdom, if they can learn to tweak those pre-programmed negative ideas about who they have become. It is they who can now put their power and wisdom to good work around the world and be the architects for a higher vision. It truly *is* their time to awaken and take action. The Change has been given a higher meaning..

Men are also being given a strong role in the transformation. Rather than remaining the warriors of the past consciousness, they are responding to the new and magnificent opportunities to wage peace. These forums are a perfect example of the raised consciousness of so many men who are scientists, mathematicians, engineers, or other well-trained logical thinkers. They're exploring the idea of a mass consciousness and becoming seekers of esoteric knowledge. And they are asking for help changing their old belief patterns, where "Knowledge is by cognition and not by intuition," as a member of the Intention Experiment said.

I believe there was a direct correlation to the expansion of the Internet and the mass awakening of consciousness and remember years ago hearing Carolyn Myss say something about e-mail being "energetic mail." She was so right! We are connecting our energy, our hearts, and our dreams of the future through this mass medium. It's bringing us together, for the first time in human history, to use as the tool for awakening higher consciousness! We are NOT alone anymore.

There is an energetic quickening that is raising absolutely everyone's consciousness, as strange as that might sound in terms of the daily headlines we are reading. It's part of a perfect plan, not only for the earth, but for the universe. Everything is being orchestrated to assist those who "need to buy their tickets" and get onboard. Never before have there been so many Lightworkers/Healers to offer that assistance.

The truly wonderful thing is that there are so many different methods of healing being offered! Most, if not all, healing takes place in a framework of elevated consciousness. By that I mean, we all have the need to release the things that keep up operating from the ego instead of from the heart. By having assistance removing the things that get in the way of accessing this higher consciousness, it's possible for ALL to get onboard that train.

While I don't know the future in any great detail, I do know and trust my guidance that we are living in a 3D world concept now. I believe it is entirely possible that not all will get onboard when the shift takes place, but that they will continue living in the same world until they have had ample opportunity to raise their consciousness. Everyone will get there eventually because that is their Divine right. What possibly may happen is that those who have shifted their consciousness will experience a new dimension that goes well beyond what a 3D world can offer. Maybe it will be the same planet earth, but with an overlay of a new reality--a higher dimension.

Dreams as intuitive guidance

Our dreams are the doorway to deeper consciousness. There are those who do lucid dreaming, where they have trained themselves to direct the course of the dream and to waken at the end of the dream and write it down. I used to keep a dream journal and did just that, and because I also taught people how to recognize their own unique symbols, I used that method to interpret the symbols embedded in my dreams.

Lately, however, I've noticed that my dream structure has changed. Now, along with the symbols, I'm also experiencing the feeling of being in school, so to speak. By that I mean I'm receiving instructions--very specific instructions--that I know are vitally important. When I waken, I feel tired from "putting in a full night's work" but I can't remember what the instructions were, at least not on a conscious level. The only thing I can grab onto is certain words or images I see during the day that are synchronous with the dreams. Numbers have played an especially significant role and throughout the day, without any conscious effort, I'll happen to look at the clock and see numbers such as 10:10, 4:44, 5:55, etc. While I don't think those numbers have any special significance in and of themselves, I do think they are a way of communicating to me that I'm "paying attention" by seeing and noticing something.

For example, as I posted on another forum, "you turn on the TV and immediately see an image of a snow leopard (maybe a commercial). You think nothing of it until the very next day as you're driving to work, listening to a public radio broadcast, and suddenly you hear people discussing the habitat of snow leopards. There is synchronicity in those two events. So, what did those events mean? Ah, that's the question! It's not always about what it means--except on a much deeper level: what if this was the way the Universe got your attention? It's like it was saying, 'OK, you seek me in your meditations (or dreams) and get frustrated because you think I don't assist you. But that isn't so. I come to you each day of your life, but you don't notice me, so I'll play a game with you. What if you were to see or hear about the same unusual thing 2, 3, 4, or 5 days in a row? Would that just be a coincidence, or is there a deeper meaning to what is happening to you? Can you imagine, just for a moment, in your heart of knowing, that I am speaking to you? Can I validate to you in some way that I am here for you, every second of your existence?'

As you learn to watch and listen for these messages, you will greatly expand your intuition (and consciousness). I don't know why, but they seem to be linked--at least they were for me.

I've been asked to write a little about the enormous energy shifts taking place this year. I can honestly tell you that I have experienced many different things. You, too, might be feeling some of these things and I would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Mainly, I've felt very tired—as though I can barely move. My body doesn't want to do anything too strenuous and very often I've felt a lot of body aches and pains. I've also experienced a loud and high frequency sound in my ears that seems like I'm listening to at least 2 or 3 octaves of notes at once. Maybe some people would call it tinnitus, but it's not the same.

I've felt dizzy and have an almost daily stomach upset. This latest round of energy has been quite intense! I've also been experiencing very vivid dreams and while I'm sleeping, I have the impression that I'm being given very specific instructions. When I wake up in the morning, I feel as though I had been working all night! It's definitely not very restful, and all day I keep wondering what it was that I was told. What exactly were the instructions I was given? During the day I'll hear a word, or read something, and it seems to set off some memory but I can't quite recall it.

I've experienced intense sadness that makes me cry in an instant. It passes quickly, but I think it's a clearing away of much of the lower vibrating energy.

Sometimes I feel as though I've slid back down into my past and starting over again with my life, and it leaves me feeling a little frustrated because I don't want to have to re-learn everything. I'll suddenly react to something the way I used to maybe 15 or 20 years ago! Who was that person? What happened to the positive and kind person I thought I was? It's not a pretty sight!

So, these are just some of the things I have been experiencing since early spring. The new energies are coming in so strong and so fast that I think many people are feeling overwhelmed by them. We're being gently (?) prodded to quickly move ourselves along--but not until we have completely released all those old patterns and beliefs. I think those old patterns are coming up so we can see who we were back then--and then leave that behind, this time knowing we have come a very long way.

But, the difference this time around is that we don't get much time to release before the next big round of energy hits! The Universe is really trying to help us move along--but quickly. Very, very quickly. I think we are processing more in this one lifetime than we've ever done before. We're being prepared for a huge leap of consciousness—a quantum leap.

I'm reminded of the quote by Guillaume Apollinaire: "Come to the edge, he said. They said: We are afraid. Come to the edge, he said. They came. He pushed them and they flew."

We're getting very close to that edge! Fasten your seatbelts and get ready to fly!

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

The Next Step - Part 2

We are in the midst of a peak transmission period from the Celestial Realms. In August 2007, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harmonic Convergence. Every year for the past 20 years, during the week of Harmonic Convergence, the Company of Heaven has worked with embodied Lightworkers to accomplish a unique facet of the Divine Plan. The intent of that Divine Intervention has been to fulfill the greatest need of the hour in Humanity’s Ascension process. Step by step, miracles have taken place that have catapulted this sweet Earth and all her Life up the Spiral of Evolution. Now we are being asked to join together to accomplish the most critical phase of the Divine Plan that has been attempted to date.

This facet of the Divine Plan will involve Lightworkers gathering together in the physical plane as well as Lightworkers joining in consciousness from around the world. Both of these things are critical for the success of this plan. Listen to the inner guidance of your I AM Presence, and see what your part of this plan is.

The Beings of Light have asked that we draw Lightworkers from all over the world into the Portal of the Flame of Healing Through the Power of Infinite Transmutation and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love. This Portal of Light is located in the area of Tucson, Arizona, in the United States of America.

The vehicle that will be used to gather the Lightworkers is the Twenty-first Annual World Congress On Illumination. This event is being held during the twentieth anniversary of Harmonic Convergence, August 11-16, 2007. The location will be the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in the foothills of Tucson. This is going to be a celestial experience for all in attendance. If you feel the Heart Call to be physically present in Tucson, it is not too late.

During this sacred and holy week, Lightworkers from all over the world will respond to their Heart’s Call and come to Tucson to selflessly serve as surrogates on behalf of the souls who are struggling so desperately to transmute their human miscreations in time to make the shift into the 5th Dimension.

As we can see by observing the horrific things manifesting in the physical plane, many of our sisters and brothers have been overwhelmed by their past negativity. Instead of transmuting these surfacing patterns into Light, they are latching onto them and exacerbating the problem. They are acting out in deplorable ways, and instead of lifting above the negativity and transmuting the distorted patterns, as they promised to do in order to make the shift into the 5th-Dimension, they are making things worse.

Our Father-Mother God knew this was a possibility. They allowed this process to unfold anyway, because they knew that there would be Lightworkers in embodiment with the willingness to step in and help. The need has arrived, and our God Parents have sent forth the Clarion Call. The time for action is NOW!

It is important for as many Lightworkers as possible to gather within the Portal of the Flame of Healing Through the Power of Infinite Transmutation and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love in Tucson for this phase of the Divine Plan. Listen to your heart, and see if you are being called to action for this service to the Light.

If you have the Heart Call to come to Tucson, ask the Beings of Light to help you in any way you need assistance, so you can attend. When you dedicate your life to being an Instrument of God on behalf of Humanity, the floodgates of Heaven open in response to your heartfelt commitment.

From the moment the decision is made to come to Tucson, your Earthly Bodies will be purified and raised in energy, vibration and consciousness. The full-gathered momentum of your Divine Light will be woven into the portal in Tucson, and you will create a sacred space for a powerful Healing unlike anything Humanity has ever experienced.

The Light of God will pour through the collective Heart Flames of the Lightworkers gathered at the World Congress On Illumination. This Light will form an atomic accelerator and magnetize into this Forcefield of Light the souls who are feeling overwhelmed by the purification taking place in their own lives and on the Earth. This miraculous Healing will accelerate the physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies of each soul who is having difficulty integrating into his or her Solar Light Body. This will clear the way for the integration of the I AM Presence. This is a merciful act of Divine Grace beyond our comprehension.

In order to glimpse what this means for the mass consciousness of Humanity, we need only reflect on the I AM Presence. This aspect of our own Divinity is One with our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God. It functions from the full knowing of the Oneness of ALL Life. It always responds with the highest good for all concerned. When this Divine Presence is in control of our thoughts, words, actions and feelings, the bliss of the Heavenly Realms is a manifest reality wherever we are. Imagine!

Lifetime after lifetime, we have waded through “dark nights of the soul,” and we have experienced weeping and wailing, as we stumbled through our valley of tears. We did not agree to go through these experiences because we were masochistic. We agreed to go through them because we were shown this moment.

Our Father-Mother God revealed to us that through our valiant efforts and our selfless service to the Light, one day we would have the final opportunity to assist every single one of our fallen brothers and sisters into the Light. When we witnessed that glorious potential, we knew that no matter what we had to endure to get to that moment, it would be worth it. Well, this is that moment. Our opportunity is at hand.

Listen to your I AM Presence; listen to your heart of hearts, and you will be guided on how you can best add to the Light of this monumental facet of the Divine Plan.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

After the Light of God flows through Humanity’s more rarefied Earthly Bodies and further integrates the I AM Presence of every soul who is resisting the Light and those who are caught up in the negativity surfacing to be healed, Humanity will be ready for the next phase of the Divine Plan.

The next step, after the God Victorious accomplishment of the Divine Plan in August, will be to anchor the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of infinite physical perfection through the Grid of Love now uniting every Heart Flame. This activity of Light will allow the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God to begin tangibly manifesting in the physical world of form. These are the patterns that we have always known would one day be the true reality of our Earthly existence. These are the patterns of Heaven on Earth—the patterns of the New Earth.

This will be a global activity, and Lightworkers around the world will be guided by their I AM Presence as to how they will most effectively serve as an Instrument of God to fulfill this facet of the Divine Plan. We at the New Age Study of Humanity’s Purpose have been asked by the Company of Heaven to cocreate a sacred pilgrimage of Lightworkers that will anchor the 5th-Dimensional energies into the Crystal Grid System along the Heart Meridian of the Divine Feminine in the body of Mother Earth.

The path that we will follow was empowered by the full manifestation of our Mother God in ancient times. In order for the New Earth to reflect the full capacity of the Divine Feminine and the full potential of the Infinite Love of our Mother God, this meridian must be reactivated. It is critical that this Heart Meridian within Earth’s Crystal Grid System be infused with the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of our Mother God’s Solar Heart Chakra.

There will be Lightworkers who receive the Heart Call to be physically present on this sacred pilgrimage. There will also be Lightworkers who unite with us in consciousness from myriad sacred sites and various locations around the world. Both of these things are vital to the success of this mission.

I am going to share with you the path we will take on our sacred pilgrimage, so that wherever you are on the face of the Earth, you can join with us in consciousness and be a powerful Instrument of God for this vital facet of the Divine Plan.

Our sacred pilgrimage will involve a seven-day Mediterranean Cruise followed by a seven-day tour of the South of France. It will take place October 15-29, 2007. The tour will begin on October 15th in Barcelona, Spain. We will stay in a delightful Spanish hacienda-style hotel south of the city. On October 16th, after a half-day tour of Barcelona, we will embark on our Mediterranean Cruise.

Days 1-7: This part of our sacred pilgrimage will take place on the NEW Italian cruise ship called The Costa Concordia, from the Costa Cruise Lines. During our seven-day adventure, we will sail into the ports of Palma on Mallorca, Tunis, Malta, Palermo in Sicily, Rome, Savona in northern Italy and back to Barcelona.

Each morning we will gather together on the ship to align with our mission for the day. The Company of Heaven will guide us step by step through our pilgrimage. As we walk on Holy Ground in each of the locations where we land, the acupuncture point along that portion of the Heart Meridian will be activated.

Following that glorious experience, we will continue to the Pyrenees and the Cathar region of southern France. Here is a synopsis of the trip:

DAY 8: Montserrat—a fantastic mountain-top monastery, which has a great boys’ choir every day. It’s awesome and will probably be the most important site in northern Spain.

DAY 9: Montsegur visit—the remains of the primary castle and place of the last stand of the Cathars. Overnight among the small, very beautiful 13th-century villages of the Aude region.

DAY 10: A gentle day visiting beautiful and historic Limoux with its famous winery where monks are said to have first conceived the concept of sparkling wine. Visit caves where wine is matured. Overnight in the Aude region.

DAY 11: Drive to historic Cathar/Knights Templar town of Castelnaudery for sight-seeing and local speciality lunch of Cassoulet, the origin of the casserole dish. Afternoon visit to explore the old city of Carcassonne, the world’s largest fortified town with real “Disney-like” 13th-century castle. Overnight in Carcassonne.

DAY 12: Drive to Rennes Ie Bain to enjoy the Roman baths and hot mineral springs. Afternoon and evening—visit the church “La Madeleine” in Rennes Le Chateau, dedicated to Mary Magdalene and the Divine Feminine, possible site of the Holy Grail—see Da Vinci Code (Abbe Sauniere—Priory of Sion). After dinner at a local restaurant, we will have a special visit to a secret location for Divine Feminine meditation. Overnight in Carcassonne.

DAY 13: Aique Mortes—3-hour drive to lunch in this unique and ancient village in the Camargue, the famed place of gypsies and wild horses. Visit Ste Marie, said to be the landing place of Mary Magdalene and Joseph of Arimathea beach meditation. Farewell group dinner. Overnight in Lourdes.

DAY 14: Depart in the morning, arrive in Toulouse by noon. This is the end of the tour. Easy access to Paris or Barcelona for your return trip home.

Our dear friends, Raj and Suzanne from Australia, will be taking reservations and making arrangements for this trip. They are wonderful and have cocreated celestial pilgrimages for us in the past. This is going to be a life-transforming adventure.

We will all be in our right and perfect place for this part of the monumental changes that are taking place this year. Listen to your heart, and ask your I AM Presence to guide you. You will know exactly how you can best add to the Light of the world in 2007.

July 2007 will be recorded in the Akashic Records of Mother Earth as the Cosmic Moment when a critical mass of souls evolving on this planet reclaimed their Divine Birthright as stewards of the Earth and permanently reversed Humanity’s descent into oblivion.

It is important to note that the Divine Plan is unfolding in perfect synchronicity through the myriad activities of Light being orchestrated by embodied Lightworkers and the Company of Heaven. Every facet of this incredibly complex Ascension process is vital and critical to the success of this miraculous endeavor. No part of the plan is any more important than another.

In this article I will discuss two of the next phases of the Divine Plan. Please take this information into your heart of hearts, and ask your I AM Presence how you can be the most powerful Instrument of God to assist with these activities of Light.

Your part of this Divine Plan is unique. There is not another soul who has been prepared in exactly the same way to accomplish what you have volunteered to do. You have all of the wisdom, skill, knowledge, strength, courage and ability you need to succeed. The Legions of Light throughout Infinity are standing in readiness awaiting the opportunity to assist you at your beck and call.

Only your mighty I AM Presence can reveal to you the full magnitude of this auspicious moment in the Earth’s evolution. As you seek the Kingdom of Heaven within, all will be revealed to you. Read these words and feel them resonating in the deepest recesses of your heart. Allow the inner knowing of this Truth to awaken within you the remembrance of your purpose and reason for being.

On July 7, 2007, over two billion people around the world focused their attention on the global concert titled Live Earth. The purpose of this amazing event was to educate Humanity and to bring awareness of the various things people can do to change the adverse effects of global warming.

The collective cup of Humanity’s consciousness on this incredibly powerful day created a Chalice of Light through which the Light of God flowed to bless all Life. That monumental Divine Light prepared every atomic and subatomic particle and wave on Earth for the influx of Creation Energy that was destined to bless this planet on July 17, 2007.

On July 17, 2007, literally tens of millions of Lightworkers around the world joined together for a one-hour global meditation that was coined Fire the Grid. During that rare hour, which began at 11:11 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time, Humanity was joined by the Legions of Light throughout the whole of Creation. Through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, this planet was flooded with the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New Earth.

As the infinite perfection of this Creation Energy entered the Heart Flame of every man, woman and child on Earth, a long-awaited Healing took place through the intervention of each person’s I AM Presence. This Healing allowed the Grid of Divine Love that unites the Divinity within each person’s heart to be restored to its original Divine Intent and Potential.

This Grid of Divine Love has been a fragmented shadow of its original potential since Humanity’s fall from Grace aeons ago. This tragic situation has perpetuated the illusion of our separation from God and each other. It has also effectively prevented Humanity from perceiving our Oneness with ALL Life or hearing the inner voice of our I AM Presence. Consequently, our communication with the Realms of Illumined Truth and our Father-Mother God have been very, very limited, which was never part of the original Divine Plan.

The healing and reactivation of the Grid of Divine Love that is now uniting every Heart Flame is serving as a catalyst for Humanity’s awakening. It is causing profound changes to occur within every person at an atomic, cellular level.

Daily and hourly, as the influx of Creation Energy expands through the open door of Humanity’s collective consciousness, the Grid of Divine Love is becoming stronger and more powerful. The Beings of Light have indicated that the collective radiance of this Grid of Love is the most powerful force of Light on the planet at this time. It has formed a Bridge of Light that spans the abyss from the lowest vibrations on Earth into the 5th-Dimensional Realm of Infinite Physical Perfection. This is the Bridge to Freedom over which this Earth and all her Life are now Ascending onto the next Spiral of Evolution.

Now our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven are invoking our assistance once again. It is time for the most critical phase of the Divine Plan that has been attempted to date.

Now that the Grid of Divine Love within the Heart Flames of Humanity is once again fulfilling its Divine Purpose, we have the ability as never before to heal our self-inflicted separation from each other and our Father-Mother God. This is, in fact, the next phase of the Divine Plan. Can you fathom the elation pouring forth from the Heavenly Realms as this opportunity is presented to the dedicated Lightworkers on Earth? What an awesome and humbling honor.

To set the stage for this monumental activity of Light, a profound Truth from the Core of Creation is resounding through the ethers:

THERE IS NO SEPARATION!

We are all One, and we are all in this together. What affects one facet of Life affects all Life. The Divine Opportunities being presented to one Human Being are available to ALL Human Beings. This is true regardless of how oblivious a person may be of those opportunities.

We are living in a new paradigm. I know from outer appearances it looks like the horrific things taking place on Earth are involving the masses of Humanity, but that is an illusion. In Truth, the terrible things we are perceiving through the media involve a mere fraction of the six billion souls evolving on this planet. The vast majority of people around the world are loving people who are striving to live positive lives. Every day billions of people on Earth turn their attention to God and invoke the highest good for their loved ones and all Humanity. These prayers are always heard, and they are being answered.

The collective consciousness of Humanity has reached a critical mass of compassion for all Life on this planet. The ancient prophecies that indicated millions of souls would be left behind because they would not be ready to make the shift into the 5th Dimension are OBSOLETE. That troubling scenario has been averted through selfless acts of Divine Love and the tireless efforts of myriad Lightworkers over the past one hundred years. But our work is not finished!

As the Divine Wisdom flowing through the Grid of Divine Love enters our conscious minds, we begin to truly know that every Human Being is Divine, regardless of how far his or her behavior patterns and life experiences may be from reflecting that Truth. This is a vitally important realization in Humanity’s healing process.

Our thoughts and feelings are creative, and whatever we focus our attention on, we empower and bring into form. If we are constantly thinking and talking about the negative behavior patterns people are participating in or the things we do not like about the people themselves, we simply add our energy and power to the very things we dislike. This is true whether we are talking about our loved ones, our friends and coworkers, our associates and acquaintances or our governmental officials and world leaders. Actually, the more powerful and influential a person is, the more crucial it is for us to empower their Divine Potential instead of the mistakes they are making.

We can empower and energize every soul’s Divine Potential by focusing our attention on the Divinity pulsating in their heart and by asking their I AM Presence to take control of their thoughts, words, actions and feelings. Every person’s I AM Presence will guide him or her to respond and behave in ways that reflect only the highest good for all concerned.

This may seem like a very simple antidote for the atrocities people are inflicting on each other throughout the world, but it is one of the most powerful things we can do to hasten Humanity’s awakening and Transfiguration.

Many people are so buried in their negative belief systems and the pain and suffering they are experiencing that they cannot raise their heads above the chaos and confusion effectively enough to reunite with their I AM Presence. These people have no concept of the Oneness of Life and they truly believe that they must lie, steal, cheat and kill for their survival.

Those of us who have awakened from that nightmare and remember that we are ALL One have the responsibility of being our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers until they can awaken to that Divine Truth themselves. This does not mean that we are to just passively wait and watch for their awakening. It means that we are to actively be the Instruments of God we have volunteered to be.

Those of you who are reading these words have been prepared to assist in the Divine Mission of helping unawakened Humanity heal our self-inflicted separation from God and each other. If that were not the case, your I AM Presence would not have drawn this information into your sphere of awareness. This is a wondrous opportunity for you, and the Universe will joyously support your every effort in this essential endeavor.

We each have the ability to serve as a surrogate on behalf of Humanity. “As I AM lifted up, all Life is lifted up with me.” To begin the process, we need to open our hearts to every evolving soul on Earth. This is not easy when we observe some of the terrible things people are doing to each other and to the other lifeforms on the planet, but it is a necessary step in becoming an Instrument of God.

Remember, the most powerful awakening force in the Universe is the power of God’s Love flowing through your sacred Heart Flame into the Heart Flame of another Human Being.

We never know what set of circumstances compels people to choose the negative paths they have chosen or what causes them to make the self-destructive decisions they make, but in order to shift our feelings from anger and disappointment to love and understanding, we need to step back and contemplate the bigger picture. First of all, we must remember that everyone is doing the best they can according to their wisdom, their understanding and their belief systems.

This is true regardless of whether or not we think they should know better or whether it is obvious to everyone else in the world that what the person is doing is wrong. If the person fully understood the principle of the Oneness of all Life and the ramifications of their negative actions in the face of that fundamental Law, they would not behave in the negative manner in which they are behaving. It is just that simple.

When we grasp the Truth that everyone is doing the best they can, our thinking changes. We no longer look at people as bad or evil. Rather, we look at them as we would unaware children who are unable to comprehend the results of their behavior. Sometimes children do terrible things without any idea of what the end result of their actions will be, but instead of hating them and wishing them harm, we embrace them and strive to teach them a better way through love and patience.

Just for a moment, imagine that the person you perceive to be the most degenerate, evil person on the planet is someone you love. What if it is your child or your husband, your wife or your parent? You understand that they have done horrible things, but in your heart of hearts you know that in spite of their appalling behavior, there is a person inside whom you love, a person whom you know is capable of better things.

You believe, with every fiber of your being, that this person will one day awaken and choose to be the person you know they are destined to be. So you never give up hope, and you keep holding the vision of their Divine Potential. You continually invoke their I AM Presence and pray that they will wake up and choose to turn their life around.

The feelings of love, compassion and hope you would have for a loved one in that situation are the same feelings you need to awaken within your heart for every Human Being. After all, we truly are One Family, and we are sisters or brothers in every sense of the word. Through the love, compassion and dedicated invocations of awakened Lightworkers, the Grid of Divine Love is now softening the hearts and enlightening the minds of recalcitrant souls who are resisting the Light. These precious ones are gradually raising their heads above the negativity and, one-by-one, they are reclaiming the path of existence that will inspire them to fulfill the mission of cocreating Heaven on Earth.

As the newly activated Grid of Divine Love bathes the hearts and minds of Humanity, more and more people are awakening and remembering who they are and why they are here. When people awaken and their consciousness is raised up, they begin to “see with new eyes and hear with new ears.” This phenomenon has the effect of allowing people to clearly perceive the Divine Truth that ALL Life is interconnected, interrelated and interdependent. Then people know THERE IS NO US AND THEM; we are ALL One.

When this Truth resonates in the deepest recesses of our hearts, the validity of war becomes impossible to reconcile, and the distorted concept of poverty, greed, corruption, violence, abuse of power, oppression, hatred, selfishness, prejudice, pollution, disease, ignorance or any other reflection of our belief in separation becomes impossible to accept.

During this critical moment on Earth, nothing is happening by accident. If an opportunity is presented to us, we should take the information into our heart-of-hearts and see if it resonates as part of our Divine Service. If it does, then we should ask our I AM Presence to pave the way for us to participate according to our Divine Plans.

Sometimes we will be called to travel and to physically join groups for an activity of Light. Other times we will be inspired to join the group in consciousness and, in loving support, to add our Light through invocations and meditations.

The important thing is for each of us to truly listen to our I AM Presence and to respond to our inner guidance with trust, confidence, enthusiasm and gratitude.

Bending light and the great reboot

This summer's shift has not disappointed and has not been the least bit boring. If life was a great roller coaster ride, then we are on the best roller coaster in the universe, and it is a whopper! We are loving it and hating it all at once. It is clearing us out, and like a giant cosmic twister, it is ripping open doorways to greater awareness and expansion. Are you as confused by all of this as many of us are?

On June 2nd, we rebooted the Yucatan Maya Calendar count, and on July 21st, the Kiche Maya Calendar count followed suit by also rebooting. By the time we culminate with the Perseid meteor shower on August 14th, we will be in a triple pressure cooker of transformation. It is cooking our old programs to a crisp! Nothing goes as status quo any more. We can feel deep inside of us that the only way out of this cosmic heat wave is to REBOOT! And this is exactly what we are doing. You may feel like quitting your job, moving to a new area, leaving your partner and even dumping all your material possessions into a huge give-away pile. So if you're feeling like screaming and dumping it all (and I mean ALL), and running for the high country, don't panic . . . you are in good company.

Living and working in a linear manner is not happening at all right now. You find that you are scattered at your work. You are a butterfly skipping between one focus and another. You feel compelled to do things that are not necessary or practical. You think you are wasting time and then feel guilty for it. You think you are going in circles. You just can't seem to get any thing done. I am surprised that I have finished this article!

If you happen to finally get something done, you find that you have to do it again. You're missing appointments, re-scheduling, re-working, re-ordering, and re-organizing . . . because we are needing re-covery and re-vitalization (I would like to be re-scued - HA!). We need to re-focus and are screaming our for re-assignment. We are about to get re-structured, re-visioned, re-programmed and get re-cruited into new job descriptions.

We are finding ourselves cleaning house over and over, re-modeling, re-storing, re-organizing and re-gifting . . . it is a time of re-flipping everything. We are SO BUSY while feeling like we are doing nothing, and nothing seems right to do. We have been there . . . and done that . . . one too many times. Sometimes we just want to sit down and cry like a baby. The long days of summer have whizzed by like a lightening flash while we find ourselves standing at the same point as when the sun rose. Yes . . . this is the space between what was, and what will be, and it is twisting us out.

We are finding that we are being attacked once again by old enemies which we had long forgotten . . . and yet old rifts, which we have given up on to heal, have done just that! I am seeing a wave of healings happening among families and friends and also between cultures. I sit here shaking my head in near disbelief at all the crazy shifts. I am surprised that we are still holding on and yet overwhelmed with excitement!

It is a convoluted, twisted up, amazing summer that forecasts an amazing new future that we only have vague clues about. The clues even seem twisted. We can feel the excitement all the way down to our soul, yet our bodies are reeling with all kinds of issues. Some are saying that they feel a pressure in the head with heat radiating off the top. Once again many are feeling waves of nausea but this time around it is more intense. Many say that they are having ringing in the ears now in multiple frequencies.

Lung issues are on the rise, like choking and hoarseness, which are creating oxygen level drops in our bodies. Don't hold your breath - BREATHE - BREATHE - BREATHE! Lower back issues and all over aches and pains have come back with a vengeance. Feeling dizzy? . . . . like some one shoved you sideways and you can't stand up straight? Plus we can't seem to stop yawning! What is with that I ask?

Weird sudden issues with the thyroid are also on the rise. Maldek, Atlantis, Hiroshima . . . and the misuse of atom splitting technologies have echoed into many of our thyroids from our present and past lives. So we might have a huge increase of thyroid issues. Empaths . . . take care of your glandular systems.

At the extreme, there is a rise in many choosing not to stay here any longer, and many are in the process of saying goodbye to parents and other loved ones. Many people, who never get depressed for any reason, are feeling like quitting life. And quitting life is just what we need to do in order to make this shift. If we hang on to what we have known, we close doors to what is out ahead of us. I am not saying to end your life. NO WAY. You came here to see this shift and all the amazing things that we will experience together. What I am saying here is that we are losing our attachment to things and this world. This is why you are becoming bored and want to quit. This really is a good thing!

Right now we don't know if we are coming or going! We want to LET GO, to GIVE UP, and RE-BOOT. And WE ARE! This is the great re-booting. HOLD ON . . . your divine destiny is being downloaded as you read this. Hang on . . . the roller coaster ride, of which you have no control, is about to coast to a gentle stop at a new destination. Soon we will enter this new world, hand in hand, and we will say "WOW! . . . what a ride that was." We have placed our power and focus towards a wonderful future. Don't give up now . . . just close your eyes and don't look back. There is nothing else to see . . . now jump!

This ride is YOU and I entering a new dimensional density. When you enter a new dimensional density, you have to BEND . . . And bending we are. Our LIGHT is bending. Yea, it is causing some weird stuff to happen in and around our consciousness and bodies, but you know . . . deep down . . . you know the ride will be well worth it!

The Star Elders asked me to explain . . .

Light travels in a straight line. But when Light, your Light, enters a different density or dimension, it BENDS as it enters the new density or dimension! Like when a ray of light traveling through air enters a heavier density like water, you can actually see the light bend. Light bends because it travels at different speeds through mediums of differing densities. The denser the dimension the light is traveling through, the slower the speed will be. The lighter the dimension the light is traveling through, the faster the speed. Yep you guessed it! We are speeding up aren't we?

Another example . . .

If you are riding a bicycle on a paved road and it turns to a gravel road, you will slow down, and the new surface will also bend/shift your direction before you can re-correct your path. The opposite is true also. Your bicycle will re-correct its course once all of its tires are on the same density or in this case, the same road or dimension. Depending on which side of the bicycle you were putting the most weight on, as you hit the gravel, is the path your bicycle will bend toward. The same is true for the light that is bending within you. If are you putting your weight, power, and focus on the positive, you will self correct into a lighter and higher place. If you place your power and focus on what is wrong with this world and with your life, you will bend toward more of the same. I don't suggest that you do this. : ) The universe listens to ALL of you. It listens to your actions as well as your intentions and wishes. The Star Elders say "If you want to bend your light to enter into the higher dimensions, you better start acting like it!"

Waves and vacillations of bending light are unplugging and re-plugging, un-grounding and re-grounding us back and forth from this dimension to a slightly higher frequency over and over. Bit by bit we learn to adapt to the higher frequencies. I think this is one reason many of us are called to sacred sites. This is exactly what sacred sites do. This planetary pulsing used to happen to us only every once in a while. Now we are pulsing every few minutes, and in somet cases, every few seconds. This gives us little glimpses of a new orientation point of a new and higher dimension. The Star Elders say that we are not feeling oriented yet, but this IS all part of the process. Bending light causes temporary mirages (illusions) and distortions as it bends, thus the reason for the distortions that we are seeing in our lives and the world. So remember . . . don't water the weeds . . . water the flowers. Be a good gardener of the spirit.

So the bottom line is simply that I/you/we are bending, changing course . . . shifting. It is not so comfortable and I know that you know this already. But it helps for me to rant on about it, and get it off my chest, because I am SO READY to let it go… and get on with it, for this is a great and amazing adventure that we are embarking on! It is about time! YAHOO! It is a wild ride for sure.

Entering the higher realms

Greetings!

We have reached a level of higher frequency, are fully engulfed by it now, and it is creating some fun and interesting symptoms.

Whenever we go into a higher dimension, crossing over is very frequently accompanied by sleepiness and extreme fatigue. If you have ever entered an area of a higher vibrating vortex (entering Sedona, Arizona, for example) you may have experienced a short time of falling asleep or spacing out while shifting from one dimension to another. This scenario is very common and reported by many.

After our time of completing the cleansing, preparation time, and going deep to excavate any denser energies within us, we were then ready to move forward into a higher vibrating reality involving higher vibrating energies.

Some manifestations include sleepiness, deep and long nighttime sleeps, difficulty in formulating a thought, spaciness, giddiness, extreme difficulty in accomplishing anything or encompassing any discipline, a stronger than normal negative reaction to old systems and structures, anger when involved with the old reality, feeling as if you are floating, feeling as if you are not all here, not really knowing where you are, no real sense of direction or connection to anything, and even an extreme apathy about most everything. You may even feel like crying a river…or experiencing great sorrow.

If you are one who has a life that is fairly solitary and removed from the old 3D reality, you will most likely be experiencing feelings of great love and gratitude, laughing all the time, floating everywhere, feeling as if you are almost drugged and not all here, or perhaps that you are not in your body anymore.

If you are more connected to the old world, you may be feeling crushed, stressed, overloaded, discouraged with the old, burned out, and apathetic about much. In addition, there are physical symptoms that are present as well, including neck, shoulder and upper back pain (our new angel wings are sprouting and pushing the still present denser energies), abdominal distress, weakness, shakiness, nausea, and an overall body pain of toxicity.

After we completed the phase of releasing triggered by the solstice and Mercury retrograde energies, we then had to align to the higher frequencies. This involved possible healings in our sleep, sudden and intense illness, and other variations of adjusting designed to create losses of old patterns within us and shifts that supported our alignment with these new and higher energies. Much was occurring while we were sleeping, as we traveled to places where we received many messages and much aligning to the new.

At times these scenarios and experiences of aligning can be challenging, but we seem to always be grateful when they are over, as we feel so much better…especially if we are willing to go along with their purpose and let go of much. All in all, we are becoming much gentler individuals, learning to get out of the way more and more, and connecting to Source in much greater amounts (as we gradually become Source ourselves).

In the higher realms, we make very little effort. We no longer need to make much happen all by ourselves. We experience very little negativity and energies of burden, density, and busy-ness. Most all of our needs are met. We are not dictated to by other systems or individuals. Freedom, peace, lightness, joy, effortless creation, and much love are predominant. This is why anything else begins to feel more and more unpleasant, the higher we begin vibrating. We simply cannot experience these ways anymore. We are slowly and surely being wired for a new and different reality, and most of the time we miss this reality dearly, as it is not quite here yet.

We may have believed that the higher realms and evolving into light beings would be an awesome experience, but it can be very grueling indeed. Continually stretching, growing, releasing, and wondering much of the time what in the world is going on or what will happen next can really take a toll. And in addition, the higher we vibrate, the more magnified everything becomes as we become even more sensitive than the already sensitive beings we were at the onset.

When we find ourselves in higher vibrating frequencies, it creates an opening. Our cells, our energy, and much else within us begins to expand. We stretch out, open up, expand, and dissipate. This openness creates a new and higher connection to heaven, the next dimension, or rather higher vibrating realities. In this way, we begin to lose our connection to the old. We do not know where we are anymore. Everything is lighter with less density. We feel as though we are floating. When we “spread out,” we space out as well. We are reaching further now. We can go further now, so we tend to get lost.

Our emotions become magnified as we are now assimilating higher frequencies which involve more love energy, more compassion, more gratitude, and much more feeling. In the higher realms we feel our way around. Our analytical minds begin to become extinct, as all we need do is follow the path of our feelings or what feels good. This becomes our barometer and navigational tool. At even higher levels, when we encounter another, we recognize them by their vibration alone, or how they feel. In this way, we are then having evolutionary experiences of embodying much more in the way of feeling more intensely.

When we begin vibrating at this new and higher level, negativity, denser energy and emotions, and any darkness can make us feel literally ill. We simply can no longer accommodate these energies.

During this current phase, our supports may seem like they have disappeared. What was seemingly here for us at every corner just yesterday, may have suddenly gone elsewhere, or gotten too busy to be here for us. Things may seem as though they are taking forever to manifest or arrive. There may be delays, or a sudden stop in progression of our most recent creations.

The energies are needing to congeal again. Like energies will once again attach themselves to like energies in similar purpose. A re-calibration has just taken place and it is still in the process of adjusting. Things have not yet solidified in their new and more evolved places, but they will, as they always do.

As always, all is in divine and perfect order. Are you ready for the next leg of our new reality to reveal itself? We are all on board together, and thank goodness for our brothers and sisters.

The Intention Experiment for Axel Clivet

This morning I participated in The Intention Experiment , "a series of web-based experiments with Lynne McTaggart and leading scientists around the world to test the power of our thoughts to change the physical world." Today's experiment was a one-hour meditation focused on little three-year-old Axel Clivet, who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor - Astrocytoma grade I. The intention was "for all the cells in Axel Clivet’s brain to revert to normal and for his full health to be restored." After half way into the meditation, while I tried to maintain silence from any mind chatter, I suddenly saw a picture of Axel as a young man--standing with his wife and baby! I don't know why that image came to me, but I hope it's a foretelling of his restoration and fulfillment of his life's journey.

Axel, born on January 26, 2004, has been diagnosed with a brain tumor —astrocytoma grade I. The usual treatment for this kind of tumor is radiotherapy, but as he is so young it would damage his development. Instead, the doctors are proposing to give him doses of chemotherapy to keep the tumor at bay so that they can do radiotherapy later.

His mother Debbie, who believes in the power of positive thought, has asked for us to send intention. She has copies of brain scans and will measure any progress.

So why aren’t we sending an intention to ‘kill’ the cancer?

We’ve written as a ‘positive’ intention. In my book The Intention Experiment, you’ll read about a study with a healer named Leonard Laskow.

Laskow was recruited by American biologist Glen Rein to test the most effective healing strategy for inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.

Rein prepared five different Petri dishes containing identical numbers of cancer cells and then asked Laskow to send out a different intention while holding each one.

Laskow’s first intention was that the natural order be reinstated and the cells’ growth rate return to normal.

With the next Petri dish he was to adopt a Taoist visualization that entails imagining that only three of the cancer cells remained in the Petri dish.

For the third dish he was not to have an intention, but simply to ask God to have His will flow through Laskow’s hands. He offered unconditional love to the cancer cells of the fourth dish, which involved meditating on a state of love and compassion, much as Davidson’s Buddhists had done.

For the final dish of cancer cells, Laskow carried out his only truly destructive intention, by visualizing the cells dematerializing, either going into the light or the ‘void’.

As a yardstick of Laskow’s effectiveness, Rein would measure the amount of radioactive thymidine absorbed by the cancer cells – an indicator of the growth rate of malignant cells.

Among Laskow’s various intentions the most powerful were undirected intentions asking the cells to return to the natural order, which inhibited the cancer cells’ growth by 39 per cent. Acquiescing to God’s will with no specific request was about half as effective, inhibiting the cells by 21 per cent, as was the Taoist visualization. An unconditional acceptance of the way things were had no effect either way, nor did imagining the cells dematerializing. In these two instances, the problem may have been that the thought was simply not focused enough.

In a follow-up study, Rein found the strongest effect of all occurred when Laskow combined two approaches, mixing an intention to return to the natural order while imagining only three cells left; his rate of cell inhibition doubled, to 40 per cent. Clearly the combination of asking the universe to restore order while imagining a specific outcome exerted a powerful effect.

Finally, Rein instructed Laskow to hold each of his five states of mind in turn while grasping one of five vials of water, which would later be used to make up the tissue-culture medium of the cancer cells.

The water treated with the ‘natural-order’ intention again had the greatest effect, inhibiting the growth of the cancer cells by 28 per cent.

In this case, water apparently ‘stored’ and transferred the intentions to the culture medium and on to the cancer cells.

Laskow’s approach is instructive. The most effective healing intention is framed as a request, combined with a highly specific visualization of the outcome, but not necessarily a destructive one.

With healing, the most effective approach may not be to destroy the source of the illness, but, as with other forms of intention, to move aside, let go of the outcome, and allow a greater intelligence to restore order.

The Real Secret of "The Secret" is Gratitude

For all the popularity of "The Secret," the most important thing seemed to have gotten overlooked. Gratitude! Somehow, that didn't make such a strong statement in the book or movie, but it's absolutely the most important component. It's two different things to just a) "wish" for something or b) wish for something while expressing gratitude. The first is self-centered and from the ego. The second is from the heart, which makes all the difference in the world!

Sometimes it can be difficult to ask for things for yourself. It feels too much like selfishness. For people who experience that feeling, try asking for things for someone else--your partner, your children, your friends, your pet, the planet. . .and feel it in your heart because you love him/her/them/it.

When your heart fills with love, you can actually feel an expansion in the chest area. This is the clue that you are asking from your heart, and not from your ego. Your chest expands because you are feeling love and expressing gratitude at the same time.

After you've practiced doing this for someone or something else, try doing it for yourself. Make your request, breathe it in and hold it in your heart with love and gratitude, then release it by breathing out slowly. It has been sent out to the Universe and is finished. There's no need to keep asking for the same thing over and over again. By doing that, you're showing that you didn't believe it would happen when you asked for it the first time. Sometimes it just takes time for everything to fall into place, although sometimes it happens almost instantly, especially if you are vibrating at a higher frequency. Ascended masters who currently walk the earth can manifest instantaneously.

One of the world's greatest avatars said, "Ask and ye shall receive." I don't think that passage should be taken lightly. It has been ingrained in our DNA and we already know that it's true. We've just "forgotten" how to do it. The real secret is to feel deep gratitude as though your request has already been granted.

A Call for the Great Healing

Healers world wide are being called into action for Universal Synchronization June 21st to August 12th from the Star Elders and the Invisible Councils of Light through Aluna Joy Yaxk'in.

“As we step through this door, may we walk upon the planet, among the rocks, the grasses, the oceans and the stars. Let us all welcome our creative spirit as the evolution of the universe. Take the new tools and the new vision, and open all doors as we pass this way.” ~ Wave Dasher.

Over eons of time, the Star Elders and others like the Star Walkers (also known as the Invisible Councils of Light), have mapped the cyclic patterns of the universe and our solar system. They have watched cycles shift and change course, and doors of time and space open and close. It has been their job to gently nudge the Earth into alignment so that the Earth and the rest of the solar system and universe could be synchronized. Once synchronized, there will be no limits to what we can create. No limits to how we can live. No limits to where we can go. The Star Elders are excited to say that this job is nearly complete. Now they need our help to finish the job.

They have watched humankind struggle to understand cosmic truths and natural laws on a planet that has been out of sync with a universal perspective. They know this has not been an easy job for us. They know we are a bit like the blind leading the blind. Because of this, they have also watched us, in the past, sadly misuse the energy that has moved the cycles away from universal synchronization. But a great awakening is happening in the consciousness of humankind. Not just a few can see the light of truth; now uncountable ones can feel the truth rising up in them like an ancient memory. It is an amazing time to be alive.

The Star Elders have waited patiently for a time when humanity living on Earth could rise above this zombie karma ridden state and evolve into living Masters and flawless creators (read “The Awakening of the Samurai Light Workers” or see this article printed below). That time is now! YOU are being invited to join together in a great cause to complete a great mission. You are ready . . . the Earth is waiting for you . . . it is time! Healers and grid workers world wide are being called into action by the Star Elders, The Star Walker Council and The Masters of Light. YOU are being called to assist in a great healing and realignment of the Earth’s grids. You are called to help heal old breaks between the dimensions caused by misuses of power.

You and I, no matter how small or insignificant we might see ourselves, are called to assist in the greatest healing and acceleration of human evolution ever experienced by a living being. From June Solstice (June 21st) through the Perseid Meteor Shower (August 12th) is a rare window of opportunity to do this work. We have been to this place before and failed. This time we will not fail. The Star Elders say we are victorious, but it is not a time to sit back in the spiritual easy chair and wait for this glorious future to arrive. We must take action. Spirit helps those who help themselves! When two or more are gathered, I AM there! Humanity, the Earth and the universe must work together to bring about this great universal synchronization.

Within this window is the exact frequency or echo of time in history where massive misuses of power took place. During these times, we lost the planet Maldek, which is now our asteroid belt. We can still see part of this planet every August with the Perseid Meteor Shower. We have witnessed the fall of Atlantis and have been dealing with its reproductions up to this time. More recently, we have deployed nuclear bombs. These nuclear bombs cracked and burned holes in and between dimensions leaving those parts of the Earth unprotected from lower frequencies and lower dimensional laws. Nuclear bombs also cracked souls of those who died in the blasts. All these events misused a type of technology that can and did cause great wounds. It also wounded uncountable others who survived these catastrophes causing current day paranoia and fear. But the only fear that is real now… is fear.

Time is cyclic in nature and because we are circumnavigating through a time where a miss-use of power took place . . . over and over again. It is time to break this cycle! Now we have the greatest opportunity to heal these past errors in present time. When we heal these past errors, we can end war and have peace on Earth. We can live in global harmony with all life and even experience universal unity. Our health will be restored. Abundance will not be an issue anymore. Ancient home sickness will vanish. Our dreams can be realized. Our suffering ends. We will never be lonely or feel lost again.

So the Star Elders encourage me to send you their message. Even though I can dream this new world in my mind, I also feel how imposable it seems in this moment to actually obtain this Heaven on Earth. I know this is what we all dream of . . . . So what if we decide to join together in the four corners of the world and give it all we got? What if? But worst yet, what if we don’t? I know that if we don’t reach for the stars, we can’t complain about our current world. So REACH! It is time right now . . . TODAY! Gather together. Call out to the healers, the grid workers, and the energy workers, and SEE the planet WHOLE - HEALED - ABUNDANT – HARMONIOUS and FULLY CONSCIOUSNESS. Do your work in all TIME, SPACE and DIMENSION, in the PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE and in all the BODIES, MINDS and SPIRITS of all living things! Use your Heart, and do what you are called to do. It is our LOVE of the emerging future that is our power. Use this power, and it can only get stronger everyday. Nothing can hold back this light.

So here is a list of what the Star Elders say needs to be done before the 2008 shift. We only have a few months, from June 21st through August 12th, to make this happen the easiest way. We will be working WITH an open doorway in a cycle of time that echoes back to the exact places that need to be healed.
Healing Atlantis would include . . .

** Ask for universal justice, forgiveness and spiritual healings of the ones who misused the power and caused the collapse of Atlantis. This will insure that this type of catastrophe will never happen again. And this is already so! ** See HEALED all who died at the hands of those who misused power in Atlantis, so as to help facilitate healing of the souls that were cracked at this time. This will help all those how seem unable to heal, those who have been diagnosed clinically insane or have other mental illnesses, or those that act out unimaginable and unexplainable violence. ** See HEALED all those who have deep emotional trauma from surviving the fall of Atlantis. This will help with paranoia and catastrophobia at this time; thus helping them to be at peace and free them to help with this healing. ** See HEALED the energy to the grids and wounds and cracks between dimensions caused by the misuse of power that caused the fall of Atlantis. The two biggest cracks are in the Middle East and the oceans around Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon and Iraq . . . and the Bermuda Triangle and Yucatan. These dimensional cracks are much like cracked souls. These areas are unprotected from negative underworlds and lesser evolved dimensions, thus causing constant war and/or strange occurrences and phenomena in theses areas.

Healing the planet Maldek would include . . .

They are reincarnating in this dimension and are holding places of power once again. Many were part of the fall of Atlantis by acting out old patterns. It is time for them to be healed, forgiven and awakened. This will help with survival paranoia and catastrophobia at this time; thus helping them to be at peace and free them to help with the healing.

While we are at it . . . there is a smaller wound at Chernobyl in the Ukraine.

The Weird Energies. . .Nothing Makes Sense

Greetings!

Here’s the latest: The Mercury retrograde alongside the solstice (and just the ascension process alone!) began a pattern that we are still experiencing. Some things are just plain weird right now, with stories and scenarios changing by the minute. There also seems to be much to do, oh much to do, and when one thing is finished, another arrives right on its heels. But the “weird” things that seem to be occurring are the most predominant, as much simply does not make sense.

Why? Because we are once again “re-calibrating” and restructuring. Much came to the surface because of the solstice/retrograde energies. This created a lot of debris in our paths, a big mish mosh of energies that were flying around with nothing left to adhere to, and basically a temporary holding pattern for many of us with some of our endeavors. Things, then, are not settled yet, or all the way into their new grooves and we cannot then, move forward until we get stabilized.

When much is being purged or released, as was the case with the solstice/retrograde, the darker and denser energies move up and out. When much of these types of energies are flying around, it can create what feels like depression (and it can be very sudden and intense indeed), sadness, grief, a strong desire for something that feels right and better to arrive very soon, and even feelings of panic and great loss.

This is a typical ascension scenario. In the beginning years (from 2000 onward), depression was a continual epidemic because of this. Much has been transmuted and removed now, so this scenario only occurs here and there. If you are one who has been feeling depressed for quite some time, please take care of yourself and don’t assume it is simply an ascension symptom. Medication may be required and a good doctor can really help. Most old souls, like we are, experienced abuse and suffering in our younger years (so we could transmute these energies for all of the planet through ourselves), and a great amount of healing can be required before we can move forward. But once we do, many more of the beautiful and glorious experiences seem to arrive in an avalanche!

Ascension depression comes in intense waves and lasts briefly. It can feel nearly unmanageable and it can go deep. But we are able to experience much bliss in between. This is the difference. It is the same with panic and anxiety, and waves of crying and sadness. They come and go, and are not always present. It can be quite challenging to know what is really going on at times. And the ascension process mimics menopause very closely, with short term memory loss, hot flashes and night sweats, heightened emotions, abdominal weight gain, food cravings, an inability to lose weight (no matter what we do!), sleeplessness, and the like. Only most men are having these symptoms as well!

This latest round went deep. We excavated much. It was rough. And because of all these released energies flying around, our paths can get cloudy. It is hard to see with so much in our way. The beauty of the ascension process, is that as more and more gets cleared away, we are then able to really and truly “see” what is real. All the peripherals are gone. We do not need them anymore.

My husband Phil loves to cook. He is an awesome cook and does all the grocery shopping and prepares all the meals. Our refrigerator is usually very full. I am not used to this, as I am a terrible cook, and my refrigerator was always nearly empty. I am now having trouble “seeing” what is really in the refrigerator, as it is so full! But he knows what is in there, even if I don’t.

When much is temporarily in our paths, we can easily lose sight of where we once knew we were headed. We may not know what is going on. It can be tempting to come up with a new and sudden change of plans, as we are confused. But if we know that we are simply re-calibrating, and that much will become clearer when the debris clears, we can then move forward in a new and better way in the near future.

Basically, then, much has been disrupted and does not know where it belongs anymore. There are many old energies that are lost and without a home, as the older and lower vibrating energies can no longer reside in this new world. The energies have nothing to attach to, so “weird” things are occurring that do not make sense.

But the “going deep into as yet un-attended to energies” scenario can create some wonderful things as well. Things that were on the back burner or were not ready for attention are suddenly needing assistance if we are to move forward. For example: A few days ago our dog Louie began vomiting with diarrhea. We take him out in nature every day, and as dogs get into some yucky things and at times bad water, we thought this might be the case. But after two days, he was failing fast and a vet was in order.

We were absolutely shocked to learn that he was experiencing kidney failure. Phil had found Louie in the forest three years prior, lost, malnourished, and frightened, and these two had become inseparable buddies (they had most certainly helped each other through the ascension process as well). Louie, like most of our four legged friends are, had become a dear friend and constant companion to both of us.

The diagnosis from the first vet at the clinic was pretty dire…Louie’s test scores were not good and he needed to be admitted to the pet hospital for a few days for a strict diet of fluids only. After that, we would all know more. We were crushed, could not eat or sleep, and I was too distraught to check on things at a higher level. But when I finally did, I was shown that Louie had at least three more years in him, and would most likely depart this world for other reasons than his kidneys. And the kind of care he needed was very minor as well.

When we went to pick him up, we had another vet. He was very different from the first, but we really like them both. This vet said that he rarely bought into any test results on paper. He had seen far too many dogs recover and many dogs never fit the prescribed scenario. Then he said the magic words….that we could basically make the situation whatever we wanted it to be. With a low protein diet, and a regular monitoring, Louie might just be fine! No worries, just relax, enjoy, and allow.

So what had occurred here? Louie had evidently had this disorder for awhile. It had been hidden until the recent solstice/retrograde energies had brought it to the surface for examination and healing. This gave us a wonderful opportunity to now be aware of his condition, and treat it accordingly. Without these powerful energies creating such an upheaval, we may not have known about Louie’s condition until it was too late.

So much is being purged and moved out during this time, that many of our four legged friends are behaving very strangely as well. These sweet and loving beings are really feeling these energies.

Another scenario that occurred for me that many of you might be tired of hearing about (smile), is the one with my web site. Yes, it is still being worked on, as it was far worse than expected, but it involves totally re-structuring the programming, getting a new server, and new domain host, and I even have to get a new laptop.

These energies are revealing things at deeper, structural levels that need to be rewired in order for us to move forward with a very new foundation. I will also be getting new software from my new web team so I can work on my web site myself, in every way possible. Everything needed to be switched over and integrated so as to work in harmony, before I could begin anew with the new program Stepping Into the New Reality. The underlying format will extremely pure and harmonious to all viewers.

And this is how it currently is. This re-structuring energy is manifesting in many different ways for all of us, but when this round is complete, we will really be ready to move forward in a much better way and in a much more re-aligned way as well.

As always, all is in divine and perfect order. And through it all, I have never seen or experienced more love, caring, and respect from everything around. We are vibrating so high now, that when we encounter things that are not “tapped in,” connected to, or exhibiting complete respect, caring, love, and support, it can feel like a hard slap or big splash of cold water in our faces. This is why this latest round of darker energies may have felt so very strange, unusually harsh, and a significant contrast to what we are beginning to know as the “new norm.”

Yes, the new norm is here to stay. All our needs will be met, and anything other than the highest of energies will feel so out of place and unpleasant indeed. We have made great progress. July will really move things forward again, all our ducks will be in a row, and away we will go! Miracles abounding, joys ever-present, and our dreams manifesting….

The Awakening of the Samurai Light Workers

June, July, and August are going to be a hot bed of transformation, and I am not talking about the thermometer either. This is the biggest shift to hit the consciousness of humanity to date, and I know you are feeling it.

The exhaustion we felt on and around June 3rd was due to a Maya Astrology reboot of the Tzolk'in. We are just beginning to emerge out of this exhaustion. This hits us every 260 days . . . but this rebooting was brutal and made a lot of us go take a nap . . . for days! It was the BIGGEST leap we have made thus far. Now we are quickly coming up on the solstice solar energy on June 21st. This is another leap before we have a chance to anchor and integrate the last leap. The Perseids Meteor showers hit us from July 17th through August 24th. The storm will peak on August 12th at a whopping rate of 50-100 meteors per hour. The Star Elders say that this meteor shower is the remains of the lost planet Maldek. In ancient history, Maldek was destroyed by the misuse of energy and power much like the fall of Atlantis. This particular meteor shower will be greatly amplified with the powerful energy that we are presently in. It will trigger a lot of upheaval in those that had something to do with the destruction of planet Maldek, the fall of Atlantis, or even those that had something to do with deploying nuclear bombs. There could be an acceleration of tension in the Middle East.

Present medical authorities will be confused by the strange wave of mental illnesses and physiological break downs. This occurs because out of date, negative, mental concepts and programming will be scrambled, while new positive programs and concepts begin to emerge. To the sensitive ones out there, this is going to feel like a psychic white-out of sorts . . . like a sensory overload.

In this scrambling, some that we thought were asleep are actually awake . . . and others who thought they were awake are actually asleep. The beauty of this is that each of us will not be able to waste precious time judging each other. Only Creator knows our heart, and it is now time to take care of home base, our own hearts and bodies, as we quickly evolve, seemingly, out of control. All this is somewhat subtle now, (not kidding here) but it will become more noticeable as time passes. Unfortunately, the ones who really need this information will not be reading this. Let us send them love and clarity, and most of all, an open door. Those of us that are getting this information will get through this, if we stick together and listen to our hearts.

So how is this affecting us, and how can we make this powerful time easier on our body?

The physical body is REELING out of control with the accelerated shifts. It does not know how to let go of something it knows and understands. It is a mechanical consciousness that was programmed by you and your ancestors. You MUST help your body understand that this is a wonderful evolution and that the shift does not mean a physical death, but a long awaited transformation.

When we take our physical bodies into new frequencies that it does not understand, there will be panic . . . anxiety . . . fear . . . and all kinds of physical symptoms that are un-diagnosable by doctors. We might experience all over body aches, ringing in the ears, intense allergies and dizziness. As our bodies are forced to let go of what it has always known, so it fights the changes, thus causing varied symptoms. Our symptoms are actually a way of repelling this dimension so we can move on. Our Spirits want to let go so we can evolve and shift into the new age.

Take care of your body . . .

Drink - Breathe - get a lot of SUN. Eat huge amounts of antioxidant foods, take digestives aids and probiotic formulas. Flower Essences, homeopathics and body work are also at the top of the list to help the body let go and move into the emerging frequencies.

As we begin to let go, we will briefly go through a place where we will feel we are split in half. Just like we are walking between the dimensions right now, so is our body. Many times we will be torn between two choices. We are torn between being the powerless victim (the past world), and the emerging Master (the future world).

Let me explain further . . . In the new realty that we are creating out ahead of us, is the future world of the emerging Master. The law that applies is "What we focus our attention on, we will create." This Universal law has hit mass consciousness in a big way this year and is gaining more power each day. What this also does is that it limits the effectiveness of how we have always done things. It short circuits old time tested methods and programs.

The old way, the passing world of the powerless victim, the law that applied was "Find an authority to solve your issue, and give your power away to that authority". The law also focused on the issue; not the solution. You went to battle with the issue, and forced it to be right. This concept is losing footing in the present moment and is less effective than it used to be. Everything from war to antibiotics will not be an effective way to solve issues.

The more footing the laws of the past loose, the more we will be in charge of creating our reality now and in the future. It is a great responsibility for us and a great challenge.

The issue is what side to operate in as we cross the bridge in each moment. We are living between these two worlds with different creative laws that are still operating. It is no wonder why we feel confused and exhausted trying to decide which way to go. There are no clear sign posts for us to follow at this time.

Example . . . if you had allergies, do you (A) go to a health provider and face the issue head on? or (B) do you erase it from your consciousness and imagine perfect heath? I know what the Ascended Masters say . . . always imagine perfect heath. Well, I think that is easy for them to say considering that they are not living in this shifting, volatile dimension. Yet we do know and understand that what we put a lot of attention on WILL GROW. So we better place our attention on what we WANT, and not on what we don't want. We have to stop watering the weeds and start watering the flowers.

Get clear about your highest path.

It is time to choose to … stay behind . . . stand still and wait…. or cross the bridge that takes us to the next reality. One of the ways to get clear about what is best for you in each moment is by observing any conflict you might have about a direction you are taking. This is all perfect timed just for you by your internal alarm clock, so you must listen. So when you use self talk like "I should" or "I have to", this is your old past, mechanical consciousness going against your heart. Remember . . . it will be easier to know what you DON'T WANT in the beginning. But if you know what you don't want, that is half the battle. Ask yourself "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" What could replace the negative with the positive. Remember, the heart knows its way through this maze of multidimensional confusion as we feel the past, present, and the future at the same time. Are you listening to you heart?

Everything from the past world is dropping away from us. We are letting go of this dimension bit by bit. The more we let go of this world, the less we will want to engage in it. The way this shows up is that we tend to lose interest in many things that we used to love. It gets hard to find things that inspire and impassion us. Soon there will be very little of the old world that we are attached to. It will be easy to let go when the new world begins to emerge out in front of us . . . and this is already beginning to become apparent. We are already seeing the signs.

Now here is the fun stuff . . .

Even though we are not quite sure where we are going yet, we are feeling a wave of motivation . . . a great inner push. Thank the Creator for this! This is a nice break from not having any motivation at all. But be patient for the heart to show you the way. This might mean going backward for a short time, standing still, or joyfully rushing forward.

We may begin to see the new world appear in front of us in simple ways at first . . . a new color . . . a new sound or frequency . . . a shift in your personal consciousness. It reminds me of magic eye images. Remember the images that when you relax your eyes, another image pops into view that was always there, but now you just see it for the first time? The emerging wisdom of the new world will appear in just the same way. You will just remember something; something that you didn't know before. This is why I am so amazed with sacred sites because many of these sites will do this for you. That is why so many of us on this path travel so much.

Those that caused the destruction of planet Maldek, Atlantis, or deployed nuclear bombs will self destruct in there own negativity, thus clearing out a good portion of the world's negative forces. Yahoo! The souls that were cracked by this misuse of power will hit healing crises, or leave the planet to be healed in a wonderful place created for the sole purpose of healing cracked souls.

Further down the road, we will see more UFO sightings and other strange multi-dimensional phenomena like Sasquatchs, Star Beings and Masters . . . you name it. It is going to be really fun to see all the things that we used to "see" inside, now appear to us in the physical world. Right now, UFO sightings in Peru have been multiplying (See the YouTube videos).

The BEST NEWS is that as the new world emerges, the Samurai Light Workers will be called into action . . . The UN Universal Peace team will anchor peace . . . The Bird Tribes will help us take flight . . . and the Star Seeds will raise us up, so we will shine even brighter. It will be like a great universal awakening in our human family.

Precious Hearts, since the dawn of this year we have been discussing the fact that our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven issued the fiat that 2007 will be a year of monumental change. As incredible activities of Light unfold day by day, we can see the tangible manifestation of this Divine Plan. These activities of Light are preparing Humanity and the Earth for our Ascension into the 5th Dimensional Realms of Infinite Perfection.

Now, on July 17, 2007, we are being presented with a Cosmic Opportunity that is unprecedented in our lifetime. Because of the myriad activities of Light that have taken place over the past several decades, Humanity is finally in a position to fire the grid that will unite the Divinity within every man, woman and child on this sweet Earth. This grid will also reconnect Humanity directly with our Source, All That Is.

This grid has been a fragmented shadow of its original potential for aeons of time. July 17, 2007, is a Cosmic Moment. On this sacred and holy day, there will be a surge of Creation Energy from the very Heart of our Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent Father-Mother God that will blaze through the whole of Creation. This All-Powerful Light will raise the energy, vibration and consciousness of every facet of Life that was ever breathed forth from the Heart of God.

Through the unified intention of the collective consciousness of Lightworkers around the world, this awesome Creation Energy will also fire the grid and rewire the short circuits and fragments that have caused our self-inflicted separation from God, as well as from each other.

THE STORY

We are now in a time when natural disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes and tidal waves are dramatically affecting our planet, and our lives on it. We now have the power to destroy this beautiful Earth quickly, with atomic power, or more slowly, with pollution and devastation of our resources and overpopulation. I have been guided to tell you that we also have the very real power to save this planet and to make it a loving and healthy place for ourselves and for future generations. Please take a few minutes to read my story. It will hopefully save our Earth.

I have a story to tell you that I know will be hard to believe in parts, but it has happened to me, and I cannot erase or deny any of it, though at times I wish I could. I am a normal woman who grew up in simple yet chaotic times. I am much like you in most every way. I always thought I would be the last one to have a miracle occur in her life, much less two miracles and all that has happened since. Therefore the tale I tell could be of your life, and not mine. But seeing it is mine, I guess I was meant to tell it.

What I want to establish first is the fact that miracles do happen, and they happen to people like you and me. What we need to make these miracles happen is to open ourselves to the communication that is all around us every day—communication not from this world but from the world of our Creator, the Cosmos and the Universe. The message comes from a distance, but you find it by going inside and believing. We can all create miracles within our lives, and that is one of the main points in writing this for you. I have no special tricks. Simply open yourself to the possibility that what I tell you is possible and that it is available to every person.

I will refer to God in many ways throughout this story. This is strange for me to refer to God in any sense, as I believed He had abandoned me a very long time ago. But I will refer to a Prime Creator of the Cosmos and the Universe, along with this Earth that we live on every day. I call God the Prime Creator because I want all those to understand that this story is completely unbiased and unprejudiced to any affiliation with any religion, and the God of my understanding is not only an Earthly God, but a Universal God. I will also refer to God as Mother Earth, Gaia, which I came to learn through this journey is the female piece of God. As in everything that is in our Universe, you must balance darkness with Light, peace with war and recognize the two faces of God, the female and the male. We are all pieces of this Prime Creator. We are a part of God.

Two miracles happened in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. My son and I drowned in a flooded marsh and not only lived to tell the tale, but we are better than ever. I was dead for fifteen minutes. I was told by Beings of Light how to save myself and my small son, and I was given a message on how to heal the Earth.

As you are reading this, I ask you with all my heart to open yourself to the possibility of what I say. I feel it is imperative that we unite this world as one planet with one common goal—to establish peace and prosperity for all, not just the select few who were blessed to be in the right place at the right time. We are entering a new phase of Humanity, and what I will tell you in this website, www.firethegrid.org , will help us as a race to assimilate the changes that the future will bring.

I have not had God in my life for forty years. I did, however, as a child, chase the possibility of God. I felt that those people who had undying faith were the lucky ones, and the fact that I believed in nothing made me the loser. As a child I often spoke to God but never felt heard or connected. It took life throwing me into a flooded marsh and drowning me to open my eyes to the reality of how much we are all connected to the Divine Power.

It is showing up now more than ever. You can go on the Internet and find thousands of hits about the next phase of Humanity, the Era of Enlightenment and the time of change. These stories are in our religions and in the stories of the ancient cultures such as the Mayans, the Egyptians and the Native Americans. We have all been waiting for the moment when things would be different, for surely God will do something to save us from ourselves.

Well, there is something in the works, but God is merely directing it through people like me, and it will take the faith of people like you to create the reality. Once again I am getting ahead of myself, but in the messages I am receiving, I am being given a way for us all to participate in a healing of Mother Earth, and a launching of the human race into a time of health, peace and positive change. But for this to happen, you will need to sit in meditation for just one hour of your life.

I once heard in the Star Trek series, resistance is futile. I did not want to be a messenger for God, but when God wishes our awakening, it will happen. So now I will tell you the Truth of what happened to me after a car accident that occurred in November 2002.

My son and I were traveling to a friend’s house for an afternoon of play when disaster hit. My car was swept into a flooded marsh after hydroplaning. The car landed upside down in this boggy marsh and sank to the bottom. I tried to open the car’s windows, but the power windows failed, and we were trapped inside. I spoke with my tiny son who was four at the time and assured him that Mommy would get him out.

The car was filling up quickly with the cold, murky water, and I held my son’s coat tightly in my hand while I waited to be fully submerged. I hoped that I could open the door after the car equalized with water and we would swim out. My final words to my little boy as the water came over his head were, “Hold your breath, honey; Mommy will have us out soon.” I watched him take a large gulp of the remaining air, and the water took him. When I felt the last air pocket escape the car, I tried the door. It wouldn't budge! The other door was equally stuck. I struggled with the doors several times, to no avail. We were trapped and going to die.

At this point I took Evan’s little body and pushed it over the seat, hoping beyond hope that he would find air. As I struggled to free us from this coffin on wheels, I realized I had to breathe. As I drank the deep breath of water into my lungs, the fiery feeling added panic to the moment. I wanted my baby back, and I swung my arms feverishly about in an effort to find his body. I couldn't; and I needed to breathe again.

That is when I heard a voice, a calm majestic voice, directing me to relax. This voice cooed in my ear, reassuring me that all would be well. I was infused with the knowledge that if I fought the water, my rescuers would not be able to revive me when they arrived. The voice said that if I fought the water, I would drown.

The voice continued to give me instructions about what was to happen and that all would be well if I just followed the instructions. I relinquished myself to this voice from beyond and passed quietly into the other side.

While on the other side I saw Beings of Light who once again assured me that my son and I would not only get out of this car, but we would both be fine. They were definite in explaining that I must follow instructions implicitly and not lose faith in their words. I was told to have faith, that I would be Divinely directed, and I was.

It took my rescuers fifteen minutes to pull my lifeless body from that car and another seven minutes of CPR to revive me. As my body bolted upright, I blurted “get my baby out of the car.” Twenty-two minutes had passed. The rescuers jumped back into the freezing bog to retrieve my son, knowing against hope, that he was dead. It took rescuers another five minutes or so to get my boy free from that car. His limp body was transported to the IWK Children’s Hospital, where he was immediately hooked to every machine known to mankind.

The team of emergency doctors and neurologists were waiting for me. They assured me that my sweet little boy was indeed brain dead, and in addition to this, his internal organs were full of blood. He was hemorrhaging throughout his body, and his organs were non-viable. Things were the most bleak I have ever known. That is when the voice came to me again. “Have faith, child.”

The doctors advised me to unplug my baby and let him pass peacefully, for even if a miracle happened and he did live, he would be a vegetable. “No quality of life” is all I remember thinking. Once again I heard the voice, “have faith.” For that moment the doctors agreed to keep Evan on life support, but advised me not to hold out any hope. He had less than one percent chance of living, and then he would continue to be hooked to all these machines for the rest of his life. Remember, I had no God, so I could not even call for guidance.

It was in the quiet of my first moment alone that I was given the instructions. “Follow the instructions implicitly.” Memories of the visions and the voice in the lake flooded back to me. There was someone there with me, I was sure of it, and I decided to listen carefully. I was instructed to rebuild my son’s aura by infusing his little body with the auras of others. Twenty minutes at a time was one of the first rules, for if it was longer, you would drain the aura of the giver.

They instructed me to parade loving people through Evan’s room, each depositing their own energy field into his lifeless body. They were to do this by connecting their flesh to his flesh and allowing their energy to run through his body, and then to give Evan their Gift. If they sang, they were to sing. If they were story tellers, tell a story, and so on. Infuse him with positive energy and your love and your talents, and this will revive him.

I proceeded against hospital protocol to send loving humans into my son’s room every half hour. They then followed the instructions and gave their gift of love. This procession lasted twenty-four hours a day, for three days. Dozens and dozens of people came. They “camped out” every day and every night—loving, trusting souls infusing his lifeless body with fresh energy.

The fact that I was able to convince the hospital to allow this unorthodox behavior to happen was a miracle in itself, but on the third day, after 72 hours of constant vigil, my boy opened his little eyes and recognized me. He was back!

The doctors were baffled. They continued to tell me that he would never walk or talk or be a normal child again. However their words this time had no effect on me. The guidance and direction from my spiritual Light Beings had proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that he would be fine; after all, my “friend” in the lake had told me so.

Within the first week Evan had recovered all his body functions, and by the end of the second week he was running down the halls to the hospital playroom. This was indeed an incredible miracle. What had I done to deserve such reprieve by our Almighty Creator? I didn't know nor did I care. I wanted to take my son home and be done with the whole nightmare. This is when I realized that I might be done with my Light friends, but they were not done with me.

I continued to hear the voices and be directed with both visions and seeing auras. Needless to say, I was more than a little freaked out. As time passed, I would ask, “What do you want of me?” They would speak of the love for the Universe and how things have gone terribly wrong. Humanity has spiraled out of control and has lost its true connection to God and to this Earth.

They want desperately for me to give the humans of this world a message from “beyond”—that we have inside of us the power to unite this planet as one race with peace and prosperity for all. This power lies inside us all, and when combined with the loving energy of other humans, we can do for this planet what we did for my son. We can revive this Earth and catapult it into healing. With this healing will come a new phase of Humanity. We will have a time of peace and harmony. All it will take is our intention as a united group—and one hour of our time.

So as the voices and visions unraveled, I was given the guidance of how to make this all happen. However it will take many of us on this planet to see to the success of the project. As they told me to rotate the humans through my son’s room, they have told me to unite Humanity from every corner of the globe—not every human, just representatives from every corner. We can do this. We need to unite enough people to fire the Divine Energy System of this planet and jump start it like we did with my boy.

This global project of loving intention is completely possible. Your intention to make it happen can change the outcome of this planet. I will discuss the details of the plan in the next section of this E-mail. I will give you the directions to follow, and you will see how little it will take for you to become an ambassador of Light to our home, Planet Earth. I beseech you to join me when we fire the Earth grid on July 17, 2007, and add your energy to this project.

I promise you, just one hour of your time, and you can help heal this planet and help create peace among all people. My son and I are examples of the power of positive energy and what humans are truly capable of when they unite with the intention of love. Love is the universal language of our world and the world beyond.

The Light Beings have told me we can stop much of the harmful behavior and destruction on Earth if enough humans decide that they want to become spiritually connected. It is possible to re-form a grid connection between us that will allow us to realign the energy of this planet and with each other.

The Beings of Light have told me that on July 17, 2007, THERE WILL BE A SURGE OF CREATION ENERGY, which will make our reconnection possible. Please read about this in The Plan. There is hope for a miracle!

THE PLAN

For the past two-and-a-half years, Light Beings have been communicating with me frequently. At first, I was very uncomfortable with this, as it was so foreign to what I believed and how I lived. But as time has gone on, I have grown enormously in my faith in our Creator and my belief that there is much more to life than what we generally physically experience. There are other dimensions that are just as real as ours, and there are forces of good that truly want to help us.

The Light Beings have explained to me that we are all connected by Source energy. This connection has a grid-type configuration, so to make things simple, I'm just calling it “the Grid.” There are small grids connected to the large grid. For instance, each species of animal has its own grid. This allows easy communication between animals. I'm sure you've wondered how salmon know when to travel upriver to spawn or how monarch butterflies all know to fly to Mexico or geese to fly in perfect formations. Their connection to their grid allows them to know where to go and when to go. In the Asian tsunami, very few animals died. That is because they were informed through their grids that danger was coming.

Human Beings chose many thousands of years ago to disconnect themselves from a collective grid, so that they could have free will. This severance has allowed us to make our own decisions and be independent. But it has also allowed us to make many mistakes, which have adversely affected this planet. And it has made our direct communication with The Source more difficult. We are now at a turning point when our disconnection could mean the end of the Earth, as it now exists.

This Earth is being harmed by us. This is the section I happily present as the plan to help remedy the situation in which we find ourselves. This is the plan which will allow us to more fully connect to the Earth grid and begin the healing of this planet. Together we will reset Mother Earth with a bio-electric “SURGE OF LOVE” from Humanity.

When we do sit in meditation simultaneously and fire the Grid for one hour, we will unite the globe and connect all the regions of the Earth simultaneously. In the process, we will unite our souls in love, peace, harmony and collective cooperation for a better world for our people, today and in the future.

The plan was given to me by the same Light Beings that guided me while I was drowning in the lake. They have been with me since that time and have been delivering to me information about our world and how we, with love and unification, can pour our loving intention of peace and healing into this Earth. They want to set us on the path for a healthy planet, viable and working now and for the generations that follow. They also want to direct us to the way to enlightenment and union with the Divine.

The Light Beings use the term “fire the grid” when they speak of the energizing of Humanity with Divine Power on July 17, 2007. They say firing the grid will accomplish two things. First, it will pulse healing energy into the center of the Earth and regenerate the core or the heart of the planet. Just as we poured our energy into my dying son, we will individually give the gift of our true intention, the gift of our individuality and the gift of our healing energy. As they explained, my son’s energy field was badly deteriorated, as is the Earth’s.

We must pour some of our living energy into the Earth, and the accumulation of our combined energy will regenerate the Earth. They told me humans are like little lightening rods channeling God’s energy to the planet.

Because we have separated ourselves from our complete connection to The Source by not having a fully functioning Human grid, God’s energy has not been able to easily flow into the Earth. If we choose to come together to rebuild our grid, then the natural flow of energy between us and God, God and the Earth and from person to person will be restored. Do you see what a wonderful gift you will give? This energy will live on eternally with the Earth and its inhabitants—the splendor of the Creator’s intention for us realized in the creation of this new energy field for our planet.

How do we do this you ask? The time has been set for July 17, 2007, at 11:11 A.M. Greenwich Mean Time, that is 4:11 a.m. PDT or 7:11 a.m. EDT. I have been given no indication about why this date and time have been chosen, but this date has been told to me over and over again. I have been asked to bring together as many humans as possible throughout the world, from every corner of the globe, to simply sit and pray or meditate for one hour during that time.

Hopefully, with your help, we will amass a union of humans such as the world has never seen. Loving humans having one intention can heal our planet and awaken our souls to our true purpose—to become One with our Source of Light.

This planned sitting of the people of Earth will demonstrate the love and faith we feel for the goodness of our world and her inhabitants. We are the catalyst to the healing of Earth. A true believer has the power of tenfold, so if you only think you may believe, know that the faith of the others will boost your own faith, and the power will be intensified.

That is why we must all sit at the same time. We will feed each other’s power, strengthening the force of delivery and compounding the energy we send into the core of our home planet. Each and every one of us is important alone, but together we are a very powerful source of creative energy. Remember, we are all a piece of God and that energy of creation lives in all of us.

There are three types of humans today that will bring power to this project. First, we have those of you already practicing in an organized religion. I am not asking you to change any of your faiths or Truths, just know that if the God of your understanding is truly omnipotent, then all things are possible—so why not this? What better use of our human energy and prayer than to heal the Earth and unite mankind with God’s Grace and Goodness.

Then we have those who have been searching outside the organized religions to find a different, more individual way in which to believe and live in the Light of our Creator. We each search for a more individual way in which to know God. These people I refer to as the New Age Lightworkers. These Lightworkers will feel the Truth of these words and will simply know deep inside that the plan of which I speak is indeed a Truth, a clear direction in which you can be of assistance to the Earth.

The fence sitters make up the third type. I call you fence sitters because you truly wish you had faith, but the state of the world has beaten any faith out of you. You long for the loving touch of faith, however you feel that God has abandoned us. Two-and-a-half years ago this was me. I had become hardened to the reality of the world and had no faith that God would ever intervene and save us. I was angry at God for letting us down and delivering us such chaos.

However, I have seen that God has only provided us with that which we desired. We believed we were sinners and not worthy of God’s Love. We were lost to the fact that we are a piece of God and therefore able to participate in our lives with the Creator. Now to all of you who were like me, I issue a challenge: Suspend your skepticism for just one hour of your life, and just sit, alone or with others, to think about the beauty of this planet, to appreciate all that you have and all that you are, and to give hope for an improved future for us all.

This plan involves only one hour from each of us. Our combined energies will work to direct energy to the Earth and to each other. I ask you to choose the way in which you deliver your intention. For those of you that pray, then pray for the hour asking for the faith and power to accomplish this tremendous task. Those of you who meditate, meditate and see the intention of your thoughts swirling deep inside our Earth, delivering the love and healing.

Those of you who have no ritual of faith may simply develop one that works for you. You may sit quietly and repeat a phrase of your intention, such as “I offer you my energy to heal this world and its people.” Any positive words of hope, love and desire for change will manifest these thoughts as reality— our new reality.

If possible, gather with others during this hour. I have found that the intensity of my meditation heightens when I am sharing the experience with other people.

As we enter a time of more loving energy, the frequencies of our Earth will heighten. We need only open ourselves to this possibility to feel the gift. You are a part of God entitled to all the wonder and splendor of the Creator’s Earthly gifts.

This project is going to work. Remember this process brought back a dying boy, and I have been promised it will work on a global scale if we can find the humans to participate.

In the Bible, it is said that they could not save Sodom and Gomorrah for want of ten good people. We are being offered the opportunity to save ourselves by offering only an hour of our lives. We can call out to the Universe that Earth has good people here. We can show the Divine Creator that there are enough of us here who truly want to evolve and become what we were intended to be.

I have been told that help is being sent to us. We can help create a miracle. My son is now running out in the yard, delighting in his life. A miracle saved him.

This gift of Divine energy, and our willingness to help make it happen, will save us all. Please join us on July 17, 2007, at 11:11 A.M. Greenwich Mean Time, to bring the power of God’s Love to us all. In choosing to participate, you will be defining your intentions to the Universe and you will also be defined as a Human who desires positive change for this planet.

Be defined and ignite a beacon of Light in your soul, so that we may be recognized by the world, the Universe and each other.

A little more than a year ago I started this blog. Then I struggled, not knowing exactly what I wanted to say. For a year the idea has percolated in my mind, and now I begin.

The Sacred Circle of Life is meant to be a continuation of the newsletter I wrote and published for three years in Seattle, The Sacred Circle , but with a slight change of focus. I wanted this blog to be a forum for the vast wisdom I receive every day from so many of the Lightworkers around the world.

This blog is not about any particular form of religion or belief. It's about what is happening to all of us right now on this magnificent planet, and it will serve as a conduit for some of the intriguing thoughts and observations made by so many gifted thinkers.

When I refer to "Lightworkers," I mean those people who are tuned in to the frequencies of higher knowledge about the transformation that is taking place on the earth right now. People such as Aluna Joy Yaxk'in of Sedona, Arizona, Patricia Cota-Robles , Karen Bishop, James Twyman, Gregg Braden , my teacher Jo Dunning, and so many others.

So, I'll begin this blog with some of the latest information for your consideration. Some of it may resonate with you, and some may not. You're free to pick and choose.

The main point I want to make in this blog is that there are many different paths to "Truth" and it's designed that way because we are all unique individuals. What rings true for one person may not be right for another person. The paths are different. Our destiny is ascension. We'll all get there eventually, but some of us take a little longer to read the map, or do a few more side trips along the way.

A new Sacred Circle

It's hard to believe, but it's been about eight years since The Sacred Circle, a monthly newsletter I published from Seattle, ended. It was a labor of love, but the expenses were overwhelming and I had to make the difficult decision to end its publication. I wrote about spirituality in its many forms, and tied it in with the Native American belief that we are all connected, whether we're humans, animals, the water that flows in rivers, or the stars that twinkle in the night skies. The Sacred Circle of Life is still the metaphor for our never-ending connection to All That Is.

Now, more than ever, I feel the need to write about the changing energy of our planet, and the changes we are making in our own bodies to prepare for the unknown future.

As a healing energy practitioner, I have learned how important it is to tune in to the energy around us, and to be ready for our long-awaited new beginning. People have asked me to start writing again and to help with information about how to live in these often confusing times.

So, this blog begins.
